Was sorely disappointed. I ordered the new strawberry and chicken salad, and there was NO CHICKEN in there. At all. And it cost me $12. Can you say RIP OFF?
Panera, the chipotle flatbread has become my new addiction. So good! I seriously dream about that flatbread. Never get rid of it please.
Love this restaurant! Can't be a little pricy depending what you get, but the delicious food makes up for it. Plus, there are quite a few low-calorie choices and calories are listed for each item which really helps when tracking.
ordered a chicken caesar salad and a broccoli cheddar mac and cheese with a bread bowl and got a nasty chicken and broccoli bowl with a side of mac and cheese. I cried for about 20 mins then decided to eat it since i spent $15 on my food. please do better and double check your orders. i promise you it’s not that hard. the customer should not have to do the employees job.
My hubby and I worked all day, then decided to stop by Panera. As we entered the staff was immediately friendly and even held a conversation all while smiling and assisting us with our purchase. The menu looks amazing and the store was very clean. The cashier was great, management was friendly and constantly working as well as kitchen staff. It's hard to find friendly and pleasant staff anymore. I am beyond happy with our service and we will def be back. I am not sure of the names of the employees tonight but it's 12/27/[email protected] approximately 8 o'clock. Thanks guys!!
I love Panera my nephew used to work here broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite I love the baguette/bread cuz I just got a bread haha
I've never had a good experience at any Panera to date. I'm not sure what has happened with this company, but from what I've been reading of other reviews, you have order either durning breakfast or early lunch to get decent service. Afternoon and evening crews seem to be lacking management oversight and it shows. My fiancee and I waited over 20 minutes after our scheduled curbside pickup time before I had to go into the store to get my order from a shelf.Got back to the car and realized that I only received part of my order ( no drinks were given to me initially ) and had to go Back In only to be told that they were out of two of the items I had ordered and that my drinks were on some random counter behind the registers. Why did I have to go in for a curbside pickup order? This seems like either lack of staff or lack of caring, maybe both. Why was it assumed that I wanted just a strawberry smoothie when I ordered a strawberry AND banana smoothie? I don't like paying for less of a product. So, two recommendations if you have to eat here. 1. Dine as early as possible or else you won't get what you order on the app. 2. Never place a curbside pickup order after 2PM because you will wait endlessly for food to never come. They need a better app that actually gives you the up to the minute stock status information on products because it feels really terrible expecting something to be in an order and then not having it.
Love this place! Location on Macon road is awesome! The employees are very friendly and professional. The food is always great! Coffees and hot teas are the best! Definitely check them out.
We ordered for curbside. We waited 25 minutes before my fiance had to go in. Our bag was just sitting on the shelf, without drinks. We checked (we have had trouble with the Pooler location more than once) our order. And not only were drinks missing, but we ordered 2 brownies. They only gave us one.Fiance went back in, said they were "out of banana" so had to make a strawberry smoothie instead of what I ordered, and my fiance's soda. And because they were "out of brownies" gave us a cookie instead.....why did we have to go inside for a Curbside Pickup? Why was the receipt charged for items we didn't get first off? Why were there no notes stating such?I thought it was just the Pooler location that lacked competency. In 2009, I ate at Panera often in Rockville Maryland. Never, NEVER had this kind of thing happen. Granted it was before curbside was a thing - but don't offer curbside at locations that ignore people waiting outside for half an hour - we were not the only ones! We advised the others waiting there that no one was going to come out, they'd have to go in - as the employees were already cleaning to close. And lastly, it said on the map "busier than usual"... Two people finishing up their meal inside (they were there when we arrived, already seated and eating) and two cars waiting for pickup is red-line slammed? Uh. What?
Statesboro-ized like Applebee's and IHOP was. Management doesn't realize the quality is based on employee training and gsu is a considerable hindrance because these students don't care about anything, especially your meal.
