I plan on moving here from down the road about an hour from Savannah I told my dad I'm going to make this my spot when I move here for many reasons, you have which are following. The food was great, the employees was great,. It's first time here, and I hope every trip here in the future will be great.
I hardly ever go here so I thought it would be nice to try them. Get there and they are busy so we knew it would be slow. Sit down and wait a good 10-15 minutes before we even get a server to come to our table. So we just did our drinks and food at the same time. Normally I would just leave if noone came by to at least greet and say hey we are busy give me a second and I will get a drink order but I was being nice since we could see there were only 3 servers. We also were on my husband's one hour lunch break(12-1) the pizza came out at 12:55 and we were trying to get our server to get a box so we could just take it Togo but she never stopped back by after taking the order and dropping off our now empty drinks. We ask another server and she said oh you will have to wait for your server I can't help you. Didn't know only your server could get a box for you. But anyways my husband was late going back to work. Thankfully by only a few minutes and thankfully he was able to eat it at work but come on. I was a server for many years and I know what it's like to be busy. You can swing by and at least communicate with your tables a little. I will not be going back. The food was not that great and service is not either. Plenty of other places to go.
Excellent pizza. Good service. Prices are fair, good value.
I wanted to go here since I moved to Georgia 2 years ago from NJ, the pizza was horrible especially with the small sizes toppings and the size of the pie ?, and how you don't have no wings and your right across from a university full of college kids. ? Please address this issue asap!! But I did have a wonderful lady server who went took care of my table. I only would come back cause I I see you guys have a outdoor arcade in the back ?
Good thin crust pizza, though I prefer a thicker crust. Fresh, served hot, with very nice and attentive staff. A good value. Fun atmosphere with beer available, outdoor seating options.
My son and I went here together on my last visit. They have a lot of strombolis to choose from. We were both happy with ours and the staff were nice. Would return again next time I visit.
Pretty good service, but the pizza was super thin and did not taste wood fired. There were hardly any toppings. $56 for 2 pizzas and some dip. Totally not worth the trip. Will not be back.
Nice place with good pizza. We ordered a meat pizza and it was very good, though just a bit pricey. The meatball appetizer was very good and so was the garlic bread!
We absolutely love Nonna Picci! We enjoy coming for happy hour when pizzas are $5. Not only are they affordable, their food is delicious!! The outdoor seating is plentiful and they have corn hole to help you pass the time.
We came here and after quite a long time the pizza arrived burned with quite a remarkabe, (let's say really bad sunburn), at which time the the waitress admitted the cooks, basically college boys who had no clue how to operate a wood-fired stove, were having a very bad day....so she ordered another one for us to replace that inedible (even now I dont know what to call it) .....when they finally arrived,, we were so hungry I took 2 bites (bad move) and then we decided to go home....let's just say that shortly afterwards I found myself making a number of uncomfortable visits to, (lets just call them mouth guys)......after much reflection I decided this whole visit was one of the worst mistake I ever made....after those several trips to the (mouth guys) I was sporting a now much needed top plate to fill in for several missing teeth...needless to say I haven't been back since....what a shame, for the original owners had shown so much promise....ultimately, I was responsible because I hadn't done what I knew I should have done...I'll leave you to figure that one out...
