I visit Moe's often, as well as order catering or boxed lunches for our KWLC Staff. We had the pleasure of receiving our order from the AMAZING Jared. He was not only attentive and punctual, but also traveled back to the restaurant for an item we needed, returning quicker than expected. I love Moe's but Jared, you're amazing! Keep up the great work.
I love to have Moe's cater my staff for lunch. Jared was absolutely wonderful in setting up our delivery and making sure we had everything that we needed. 5 stars to Moe's but also 10 stars to Jared for bringing customer service back!

Amazing the young lady that served us was very attentive and they were understaffed I really appreciate her patience and getting all of our orders correctly it was five of us ??
Was really excited to go For my first time, Heard so much about the chips and salsa and the homewrecker bowl.. everything was lukewarm and under seasoned, resembled hospital food unfortunately.. to top it off the chips were so stale..such a bummer too cause the guacamole and salsa were great.. maybe it was just a bad day..
Moe's is one of my top food chains. They never disappoint, from the staff to the preparation.
My friend and I came in this afternoon and we weren’t even acknowledged, we had been standing there for 10 minutes while the staff was just standing there watching us. The staff was rude when they took our orders as well. I come here often and always have great service, not sure what happened.
A young lady, Aubrie, got my online order for me. She was excellent. She fixed my order, some things weren’t listed online as topping and she made sure they were added to my food at pick-up. She was also great with my kids. Food was good! Pick up was wonderful.
