Absolutely disgusting will never be coming back!
Placed an online order (confirmation 1651), got in line for a drive thru pick up and was told to come inside. Then once inside they cashier didn’t know anything about the order (though it showed up on their “now serving” screen as displayed in the picture. DO NOT go to this McDonalds. They’re disorganized af and don’t know app orders at all. 0/10 would not recommend.
I totally agreed with the previous reviewer's comments. We spent 30 minutes in the drive through after ordering. The girl at the first window that takes your payment was on her phone and refused to acknowledge we had pulled up to pay for about 5 minutes. Then she took my card wirhout a word spoken and ran it without confirming my order until she was handing me the receipt. Luckily she got it right and I paid for the correct order. Pulled up to the next window to get my food and sat there at least 5 minutes. No one acknowledged me. No one ever gave me drinks or food they did look at me and know that I was there. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at this McDonald's. They really need to do something to fix their problems.
I’m always the one to brag on a place for downing them! I must say night shift at this Mc Donald’s has the worst night crew ever! They can’t seem to get an order right to save there life and the short manager with curly brown hair had the worst attitude and customer service I have ever seen. Upper management needs to come in and clean this place out! You definitely lost my business..
My wife and I went here today and it was the worst service I ever had we ordered 40chicken nuggets 2 large fries and 4 mcdoubbles and two large drinks and paid $30 for all that and had to wait over an hour for it when we got it they forgot are 2 large fries and when I went to ask them about it they said it's going to be another 3 minutes so about 10 minutes later I got our 2 large fries then on top of that when we went to eat our chicken nuggets they was way over cooked and we couldn't even eat them and when I called there no one answered and the 4th time calling someone answered and hung up I would like something done about this you pay all this money for stuff and it's not right I would like something done about this or I will go to corporate about this thank you
Try no service, just awful
Hit or miss. Last night they took my cash then informed me they didn't have change. I tend to go more on the miss days for some reason.Food seems to be subpar or sub-subpar. Dried bread and patties that sit out to long. Cold fries. You'll get lucky (hit or miss) and get the occasional decent sandwich or crispy got fries, but never together.It's mcdonalds, but staffed with workers who hate working and the odd worker who doesnt.
I don't normally eat at McDonald's but was in the mood for some of their fries and a burger. It really hit the spot yesterday. Didn't have to wait in line for very long either which was a plus.
The only good thing about this visit were the French fries. The double cheeseburgers were dried out and not warm enough to melt the cheese . The buns were not fresh. Does no good to complain shift supervisors and managers don't care.
First time here and last time. Went through ordered a Bic Mac combo with a coke. Also ordered a quarter pounder combo with Dr pepper and a fish sandwich with ketchup. Drove to pay and the receipt was missing the fish sandwich. When we asked about it, the manager said it was canceled and if we want a fish sandwich we would have to drive around and get in line again. I normally don't leave bad reviews, but this was a leadership error and to ask a customer to rerun through a line to repair the error is just poor customer service. Keep in mind we didn't ask to speak to a manager only to have the fish sandwich we ordered to be added. We would happily pay for it.
