I went in and ordered a lunch combo at 2:25. They told me it was going to be a 6-8 minute wait which I said was fine. People came in after me and had to wait for their pizza and still left before I did. While I was waiting I was asked multiple times by employees what I ordered. I finally was able to get my pizza and the girl just put it on the counter and wasn’t even going to bag it (it was a small box) so I had to do that myself. I didn’t end up leaving until 2:50.I get home and my pizza IS NOT EVEN COOKED ALL THE WAY. It is literally still dough… I am really disappointed.

I personally would not go there ever again. If you walk or order online or on the phone they give you a pre made pizza that has been sitting in there warmer ovens for a long time. So when you get the pizza it is not hot just Luke warm. Also if you ask them to make you a fresh pizza they will refuse. The manager will actually tell you no that you have to choose from the pre made pizzas. They are very unfriendly. The workers at this pizza place in general act like typical bad employees that don’t seem to care about so their job.

I just left yalls store in statesboro with out my food or a refund for buying my food because the person had at the counter had to find my recipe... I'm and pretty upset because even after I asked for a refund she was still telling me the the food was about ready it would be 5 or 10 more minutes... she said that it would be 10 minutes 20 minutes before that... I didn't want to wait I had things to do... but she REFUSED to give me my money back... I'm ok with waiting on food as long as the people are moving and trying to get things done... but I seen the person at the counter stay on her phone... she didn't call back the pizzas she didn't know where my recipe was... I can not tolerate this today

Ordered two pizzas online at 5:05, said it would be ready at 5:45. We get there at 5:45 and the diy pickup oven is broken, doors open no names on the slots there is an error displayed. The guy taking orders at the register directed myself and six others online to the diy oven, when the customers told them it was broken they wouldn’t acknowledge and just continued taking walk in orders. I waited for my pizza for 20 min after the time it was suppose to be ready before anyone came out from the back to help seven of us waiting for online pizzas only to realize my pizzas had been sitting there the whole time in the oven with no names and no employees would help or acknowledge the customers. Last time I go to this Little Caesar’s.

The cheese pizza was so stale I could barely bite a piece off. Very little sauce and the pizza was cut in weird shapes making it hard to dole out to people. Pretty disappointed. The guy at the counter was friendly though.

If I could give a zero I would. Went in to the store with over 30 minutes before closing to order pizza and the girl that says she is the manager told us she couldn’t take my order because she was short staffed and it would take a minute. I told her I didn’t mind waiting and she informed me it would still be a no because she had to an inventory count or something like that. I do understand when you are short staff but you are taking online orders but can’t take a walk in order that the person said they would not mind waiting for. Not a good way to conduct business and if she is the manager she doesn’t need to be a manager anymore.

0 out 10 DON’T RECOMMENDI went in tonight and tried to order a cheese pizza. The so called manager informed me that she was no longer taking walk in orders even tho they didn’t close for another 45 minutes. She said they had inventory to do? Maybe you should turn your open sign off or do your actual job. Ended up at Pizza Hut and it was delicious

Tonight I went in to little ceasars and had the pleasure of being waited on by a girl named Jay Lead. She was the kindest individual and she was so helpful while I was trying to decide what to order. I left in tears because you just don’t find courteous people like that anymore.

We've gone here twice since moving to Statesboro. The first time our pizza was cut awfully. Every slice was a drastically different size, not even remotely close to the center. The staff working was also extremely loud and obnoxious when we went in.The second time we went was tonight, the pizza was way overcooked and although we ordered online it wasn't placed in their pickup box so I had to wait for the long line to die down in order to get our pizza that was already ready by the time we got there. So we had a cold burnt pizza for dinner tonight. It's an extremely easy job and these employees don't even try to meet the bare minimum standard.

Thought my experience was random but reading these reviews it definitely is not. Cashier was ok until she gave me the pizza. I opened the box and the pizza was burnt, dry and thin. I asked her for a different pizza. She told me the only thing she could give was a refund. Explained that I came to buy a pizza for my kid and don’t want a refund just not a burnt pizza. I asked for a manager...she said she was the manager then proceeded to run around back to call someone. No manager or other staff on site. Stated she would not give me the phone to talk to the manager. I told her I have a phone the manager can call me or vice versa. Girl then started threatening and cursing at me telling me to get the F out of her store or else...so I called 911 walked out then called corporate. Cops came asked what happened saying store wants to ban me from the store lol. I was still on hold for corporate. 40 mins later off hold spoke to the rep who was wonderful, professional and polite. She apologized, said she would get the situation handled and contacted the district manager. Local residents deserve great food and service which is currently lacking at this location. I’ve been to excellent locations in Pooler with 20x amazing pizza and service. Coming here was a waste of time and energy. Hopefully they will resolve these issues or the place needs to be sued and shut down.
