Usually poor service, inconsistent quality of food order, typically slow.Be prepared to be asked to pull forward for your order even if no one is behind you. Once, I refused to pull forward because I was the only one there (and already waited nearly 20 minutes), and the manager told me I could either pull forward or get a refund... Haven't been back since ?.Only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1 is the few times the service was acceptable prior to the last incident.

Works customer service, lady at the drive through was very disrespectful and impolite, no wings....she had an attitude of not wanting to serve the customer, people like this should not work with the public. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I ordered 4 chicken biscuits. Door dash delivery it. It was the WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER ATE.
Friends of mine, on December 8, 2021, after a doctor's appointment in Statesboro, went to Krystal and ordered 2 chili cheese pups and 3 cheeseburgers. The chili was a dry paste and the buns were dry and crusty, and the burgers were not thoroughly cooked. My friends are not one to complain, so they just came home and threw it all in the garbage.They told me about it and I called and talked to Trinity, the manager. I told her about the pups and she told me that they didn't even serve pups that day. I gave her the receipt number and she then offered to replace them. I added the problem with the uncooked burgers, and she hung up in my face. I called back, and asked why she hung up, and she told me that I "disrespected her", which was certainly not true. Instead of talking about incompletely cooked burgers, I asked for the franchise owner's name and phone number. She told me that theirs was a corporate restaurant.I have since contacted "corporate" in Dunwoody, GA TWICE by telephone message and once on the website leaving my friends' contact information each time. We have yet to hear from them.SORRY RESTAURANT OPERATED BY A SORRY RESTAURANT OPERATOR!
The employee at the drive through window had an attitude from hell. The krystal burgers and the fries tasted like they had been cooked several days before and warmed up. Disgusting!!!
Krystal chicks were dry and hard.The staff were having unprofessional conversations while my kids were in ear shot. I will not be returning.
Always told to pull up but other than that its a good place. I don’t mind pulling forward for legitimate reasons, but pulling up when i only ordered fries and a coke and there’s nobody behind me? Just so the manager’s drive times look good? Not a big fan of that but it’s all good because im a gd American and i enjoy Krystals. I like to play Lee Greenwood when i eat them.
The sliders were good, but I ordered the party pack of fries and this was all I was given! Very upset.
