My husband ordered a meal and they forgot his mash potatoes and his Nashville wings were burnt. We understand things happen, so he calls to inform the restaurant. Immediately the lady who answers the phone is rude and says “First of all, we don’t sell burnt food. Because you said that I will replace the mash potatoes but I’m not doing anything else.” My husband explains to her that he’s not satisfied, no disrespect at all and she start being loud, yelling, and then hung up. I called back, I asked to speak with a manager. After going back and forth because she ignores me, keeps asking for my name. She refused to give me her name or any other managers name. She told me, “yep I sure did hang up on him.” Then HUNG UP ON ME! I hope she is not a manager !! I have reported this to corporate and I hope it gets handled ! I will keep trying to figure out her name so she can receive disciplinary actions or at least training on customer service.
So disappointed with KFC. I've never had fried chicken so bad. My 12 piece dinner was bagged up before I got to the window in drive thru. Never going there again.
I ordered 2 buckets of original recipe. The service was fine and it was ready when I arrived, however, the chicken was soggy, not crispy. The soggy breading slid off most of the pieces as we pulled them out of the bucket, and at the bottom of one of the buckets were 2 scorched black pieces. I was embarrassed to serve this and won't be returning.
They got very nice worker and the foods is good
It was good. I went through the drive through and the worker was very slow and very rude.

Never had any issues until now. While on dinner break, I ordered a #3 which includes 3 peices of chicken, a side, a biscuit and a drink. I ordered my chicken original recipe. When I arrived back to my job and began to eat, my chicken had an appearance of it being old, or reheated. The boney part of the chicken wing after breaking it apart was bloody and old looking. Never had this experience before when visiting their restaurant. Very disappointed. Don't know when I'll be going back.
The chicken is good the coleslaw is good the mac and cheese is not so good they took away the baked beans I know a while back I used to be really good
