I ordered a sandwich and water for delivery. I never received it waited over an hour and a half. Called the store 3 times all the can say is sorry. Worst service!
Not fast at all. Drivers are either incompetent or lazy. We waited almost an hour for an order that was dropped off and never noticed. The app didn’t give us a confirmation or notification of any kind. The driver did not knock. Only after I called to complain did a push notification go out saying our order had been delivered. This is twice now that we’ve ordered and waited almost an hour for a deliver that is less than a quarter mile away from the store. Management needs to do something about this service problem, it has happened to us more than once.
Jimmy Johns is one of my favorite places to eat, but this location is beginning to ruin it for me… I went over there at 5:30 and the door was locked. There were workers in there and one shooed me away and yelled they were closed through the glass. Tonight, I placed a delivery order shortly after 11 (the hours say they are open until 2am) and they called about 30 minutes later saying they closed at 11?! This location needs to update their hours as it seems they just close whenever they want… I don’t even want to bother driving there anymore or even ordering delivery because they’re just closed whenever.
Great sandwiches and very friendly service...definitely worth a stop in ?
This place use to be good, what the hell happened to y'all? How is this a wrap? Everything falling apart from this wrap. Plus we waited 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 people in front of us. Never again at this location, should have known by the 3.8 stars on Google reviews.
Tried to order a sub online for delivery at 1:55. Called the store an hour later to check on the status of my order, and the person I spoke with told me the driver was on their way back and they were delivering my order next. After 45 more minutes, I called again and was told that the driver still wasn’t back yet, so I just cancelled my order. There should really be a estimated delivery time or something on the website when you order, bc 2.5 hours is ridiculous.
This is the most dedicated staff I’ve ever encountered in my life. Not only did they go above and beyond for my order but they did so with the inconvenience of time for when I placed my order, with great expedience. Highly recommend going to this Jimmy johns. Did not disappoint one bit. If I could give more stars I would.
I have never had an issue with the food or service, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE just keep a few mustard and Mayo packets at hand. I order delivery often and I always ask for mustard and mayo packets and NEVER get them ?? and they are always literally on the receipt. Please work on that because it’s very frustrating and makes me hesitant to order….
That freaky fast slogan is a lie, the people inside told me at first I couldn’t substitute anything on my sandwich, which they said I could but then didn’t put anything I said on the sandwich, I asked for pickles on the sandwich, which they said they had, and they cut a pickle in half and threw it in the bag. I will say the one positive is that out of the 5 times I’ve come here this is the only time there HASNT been hair on my food
I have been to this establishment multiple times without any issues, however not too long ago I went there ordered a sub, a pickle, and a chocolate chip cookie. Once I had paid for my order I went to grab my cookie and I realize that there were no chocolate chip cookies. I asked if they had any and they said no. And then the woman at the cash register said that they had triple chocolate and oatmeal raisin. I told her that I wasn't going to eat either and then she asked if I wanted a bag of chips. I told her I don't eat chips. She tried to make me wait 20 minutes so she could give me an extra pickle in lieu of a cookie. She never gave me a refund. She just told me that when I came back she would give me a cookie for free. Well I came back and ordered just to find out that they didn't have the same cookie again. I understand she was trying to solve the problem quick but she should have just gave me a refund once you wasn't able to give me what I ordered. So in the end I paid for something that I never got.
