I love jersey mikes. My roommate from SC got me hooked years ago and it is never bad.
Ordered #5 online, grabbed up and dined there. Specifically asked for NO CHESSE. Guess what?? Was able to scrape it off but it left behind that nasty smell. The sub was otherwise fresh and Ready when I arrived.
Like always didn't expect anything different. Its my favorite spot or should I say sandwish shop to dine in. Love the customer service and how fast food was done.

I was in the store today and witnessed the young lady making sandwiches and just sitting them to the side. Not only that but she was laying the order paper ON TOP of the bread. Very unsanitary. The order was torn off from the printer and laid on the counter. She then took the bread, cut it open, laid one piece to the side, picked up the order paper and laid it on on the bread as she was putting the meat and toppings on the other piece of bread. When she was finished making the sandwich, she picked the receipt up off the bread and laid it back on the counter. When it was my turn at the register, I mentioned it to her and she nonchalantly said “oh, I wasn’t paying attention, I didn’t realize I did that”.After witnessing this, I will never do call-in or online ordering again. IF I choose to visit your restaurant again, it will definitely be where I can watch my sandwich being made!
