I was in the mood for a ice cream sandwich. Wow!!!!! Seriously, the best ice cream sandwich I have ever had. Cookies were warm and cooked perfectly and ice cream was great. 10/10 highly recommend.

We ordered our cookies over an hour and a half ago. The tracker says they were delivered an hour ago but they have not. We tried to call but no one will answer the phone. We even drove to insomnia to ask about our order and they said the driver just picked them up even though they were supposed to already be delivered. We came back home and now we STILL haven’t gotten our order.
When you have the urge for a chocolate chip cookie at 12 AM this is the place to go. All their cookies are great though and they offer good deals on packs. I would recommend using their app and picking up in store because they are always busy.
Placed an order for a dozen cookies to be delivered to my daughter for her Birthday while she is away at school. Placed the order 24 hours in advance so that they would have time to be prepared and not rushed. They were to be delivered at 1:00 pm today. At 2:45 when my daughter got home from school they were not there. Called the store to check on them - was told to call Grubhub! Contacted Grubhub who called the store and was told they were out for delivery and would arrive in 15 minutes. They also informed me that the driver had been contacted and given my daughters cell number just in case there was any confusion. At 4:15 - an hour later my daughter informed me there were still not there. Contacted Grubhub again and was told to call the store. That it was not their driver and that they did not contact anyone. They just cancelled by order - which I did not ask for or want - I want the order delivered for my daughters birthday! This is the worst service I have ever had and I have been in the service industry for 30+ years - so I am normally beyond patient and understanding, but for each company to blame the other one and then to just cancel my order without asking is just the worst service possible! Our company now lives by the motto "whatever is best for the guest" we will do! So both of these companies need to re-examine their Company Core Values or get out of the industry!
I went in last night for the first time and Caitlyn was absolutely wonderful! She was very friendly and made it a great experience. I will definitely be back!!

Crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside. And the opening hours can't be beat! We came into town for a football game, and it was perfect to get a late-night treat!
