DO NOT EAT HERE! Last Saturday 4/30/22 there was an employee who ate the meat off my sandwich as he was making it. He had done it to the customer before me as well. Saliva on my sandwich is extremely DISGUSTING and a health risk for numerous reasons!!!! I was not compensated AT ALL or contacted by management like promised. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not to mention the wait time.
This store doesn't even deserve the one star that I am giving them in this review. I am not sure who the manager of this establishment is but corporate needs to reach out to them and send a regional manager in to intervene. Today, I ordered through the mobile app to this store and was given the time of 6:10. Upon arrival, the employees in this store asked me my name for the order because I had went to the takeout side. After giving the employee my name another employee chuckled in the back. I found this rather odd because I have such a generic name and nothing is amusing about it but I brushed that off. After pretending to look around for my order, this employee laughed while informing me that my order would be a minute. At this time the rest of the employees hanging out talking started to laugh as well. I strongly encourage everyone spending their hard earned dollar to NOT spend it at this store because they could care less about your business.
Had an absolutely amazing experience even though they were absolutely packed and they gave me exceptional customer service despite my attitude
I wish I could give this location 5 stars, but I can’t. I went about 2 weeks ago and just haven’t had the time to write a review because life has gotten busy. First off, the food was amazing made to order exactly how I asked. Second off, I got food poisoning and I was sleeping on the bathroom floor and sitting in front of the toilet throwing up for 17 hours the next day. I wish I could say I would come back to try it, but I can’t. Every time I think of eating this locations food, I feel nauseous. And I will not take that risk to have that possible outcome again. I’m so sad because firehouse is my favorite place to eat. But no more.
Everything turns out good and I get what I'm asking for. I always use the Rapid Rescue to get it. Just don't expect it to be at the time your email gives you. It's always 15 minutes later from that time the past 3 times I've gone. I don't know if they're just starting online orders too late or what. Sometimes, I think I'd get it at the same time if I just went up to the counter. Otherwise, everything is fine.-Last time I went it was pretty on the mark. Changing my review from 4 to 5. :)
I would love to give firehouse subs a 5 star review. Their subs are the best... except when they aren't made like asked. I have maybe had my sub made right 3 times. They almost always forget my toppings that make the sub perfect... s&p,o&v, and the oregano shake?
My first time eating food from there and it was really good.

Arrived 20 minutes earlier than I expected and a nice young man make my sandwich right away.. It was perfect and delicious. I had the New York steamer.I appreciate you guys, Merry Christmas.
