I love dunkin doughnuts coffee, it's probably the best cold brew in town. But the customer service has gotten worse and worse and worse. I have been getting dunkin for over a year here, almost every other day, and had great experiences before. I don't know if they got some new hires or something, but no one likes being interrupted or waiting 20 minutes inside the lobby for a mobile order, and it wasn't a complex order either. Just an iced coffee with vanilla syrup, almondmilk and sugar. It tastes delicious, but just know the timing and customer service isn't the best anymore.
The "shift lead" is the only one who has a good attitude and knows how to treat customers. They act like they just want you to go away if you order more than one thing. Talk over you. Just want you to hurry up and order. Then if your drink is wrong they act like they can't remake it. I've never in my life heard of that. I pay for something I should be able to have it the way I want it. If the shift lead wouldn't have been there they wouldn't have remade my drink. The attitudes are awful no matter how friendly you are. I go out of my way to be friendly because I hate being rude to ppl in customer service bc I've been there but the attitudes here are so unnecessarily rude.
My husband just picked up my cold brew and this is what they gave him…as you can see there’s barely anything on top so that was really disappointing. The donuts were perfect tho.
Staff always friendly. I didn't catch her name, but the lady with red hair especially. Sometimes the latte flavor swirls are a little lacking, but this is still my favorite coffee place.
I have been known to go here, and after getting an ice cream cone if its hot; or to get a couple of cake donuts and a hot cup of their (very decent) coffee, and then sit inside or outside depending on their weather, and chat with a friend (or friends). Aint no whereelse in the 'boro i can do all this in the same place.
Everytime I visit this place they get my order wrong. You would think as slow as they are they would be taking their time to prepare orders right. Also they are a whole dollar ($1) more than other locations I've visited when I work out of town.
They are great at consistently getting your order incorrect. Half the time they give my online order to someone else. Breakfast sandwich orders are almost never right, which I don't understand how you can steadily mess up throwing a precooked egg and sausage patty on a piece if bread. Manager just chilling on his phone behind the counter. Will start taking our business elsewhere...
The donuts were great (no glazed donuts tho). Cahsier must have been new because he could not get my change correct
Got a 8 coffees and a dozen donuts. All the coffee was made correctly and all the donuts were fresh. Staff was friendly and store was clean
