My experience was similar to going to a 5 year old's birthday party and one of the animatronic dolls on stage catching fire and burning the building down, but still being hungry enough to go back inside and retrieve my pizza. Everything I ordered was burned except for the drinks, but I'm sure they are so good at what they do they could have found a way to pull that off. One thing I did enjoy though was the pasta with no silverware, I guess they figured I could use a slice of the pizza as a fork since it had the same consistency as one.
Chandler Rd have to do better with delivery. They came to my house and supposedly drop off my pizza where I don’t no .. It says knock hard on door .. They don’t read and they don’t follow directions .. They guy I wish I knew his name pick up the phone and banged the phone twice on me . You don’t want your job or like it give it somebody who really needs it.
I always do the $5.99 deal. Always order the pan pizza, so I guess I'm paying extra. I don't have a complicated order.. Cheese, sauce, Italian sausage, and pepperoni. Not complicated, right?Everytime! Without fail...I always get a pizza with all of this cheese, lite sausage and pepperoni. One time I got onions and didn't order it. The wings are pretty bland, but they never put sause on the mild wings. I do a carryout order because I know I will have to check it before I leave and they have to remake it. What a waste in time and product. ??The young man at the front is so annoyed and disturbed because the black girl/lady is ALWAYS arguing with someone in the back and cursing.There needs to be another Domino's Pizza out here. This one is getting worse for me.
I swore off Domino's 20 years ago while living in Florida. Not anymore y'all are my go to pizza delivery place now! This is the 3rd pizza I've gotten from the Statesboro store since the first of the year. All of them have been excellent! The one tonight exceeded all expectations. Excellent! Aaron the delivery guy was super friendly and polite! Definitely recommend y'all without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I'm usually pretty happy with the service here. I do expect to wait a while for my pizza. It's best to pick up. This is a busy area and a lot of college kids are using the delivery service. Always friendly ?
I would order online for deliver. At least an hour would go by and it would still be at quality check. 40 minutes later, it’s still at quality check. So I decide to call. I get hung up on 3 times trying to ask about my order. I then have to come to the store, show out, just to get my food. This is the third time this has happened in the last month and it’s infuriating. I don’t recommend ordering delivery if you want to get your food under 2 hours.
HORRIBLE. Pizzas & quality have seriously gone down to bottom level. How about not skimping on the toppings?? Really sad, been a customer for decades, not anymore
Shout out to Connor! He delivered our pizza today and was so kind and had out standing customer service! I know a lot of people are tipping this time of the year but I can only hope this man gets a raise this Christmas because his service was exactly what customer service should be now days!! Also our food was hot and yummy and delivered with a smile. Thank you and know that you didn’t go unnoticed for your hard work.
I ordered a large pizza at 10:40 with carside delivery and the app said it would be ready at 11:28. I get to the store at 11:26 and push the”I’m here” button on the app to let them know I was outside waiting in my car and 15 minutes I was still waiting. I decided to inside and ask the worker about my order and she said my pizza was still in the “making”process and it wouldn’t be ready till 12:30. Just plain horrible. Worst part was that there was no customers inside the store and I even seen one worker leaning on the cutting table looking on her phone. Definitely will not be ordering from them again. I recommend papa johns or Pizza Hut.
Ordered a simple half cheese half pepperoni to my house in burkhaulter plantation. I put delivery instructions that weren’t followed and I received an uncut pizza. I will try my best to have this place shut down because they have no right to be in business.
