I went on April 7, 2022 and the customer service was horrible. The line moved very slow. I know places are still short staffed, but there is no need to make the customers feel like the inconvenience. The girl that took our order seemed uninterested and like we were bothering her. Overall, I have not been for months before tonight and I see that being the case going forward.
This place is just awesome. The staff is super friendly, and the food and ice cream is always on point. You can't go wrong going to the Dairy Queen in Statesboro. I'd recommend it to anyone. ?
Horrible experience. I was craving a blizzard for the first time in a year and we decided to go get one. We ordered a Reese’s pieces and cookie dough, a mint brownie blizzard, and a large fry. After sitting in the drive thru line for what felt like 30 minutes we finally got to the speaker to order. Off the bat she said they were out of Reese’s pieces. She offered Reese’s cups as a substitute and we said ok that’s fine. My friend mainly wanted cookie dough but the new flavor sparked her interest. Well we ended up getting a plain Reese’s cup blizzard with not much in it and they gave me a mint chip and I’m not a fan or chocolate chips/broken up chocolate. Also we had to wait at the window for 5 minutes or so to get a bag of cold fries. You need to find employees that actually know how to do their job and take pride in it. I will be calling management to get my money back or a credit because I have no desire to visit this DQ again.
Drive through service was good, blizzards are delish as always. But I've also had their great food too. Both times took the drive through route.
I walked into the lobby at about 2:30 and it happened to be a little busy.Despite that, I did not wait long to order and was treated well by the cashier.After placing my order the cashier (receipt says her name is Brooke) walked it over to me even though I was at the other end of the restaurant. The entire process took less than ten minutes and the food was good as well. Thanks guys

Delicious food and friendly staff. Never disappoints!!! Always a special treat for the kids! It’s the bee’s knees.
I’m not sure what has happened in the last few weeks but we are very disappointed! This is my daughters chicken fingers and gravy from today. The chicken is maybe 2 inches and the gravy looks like they scrapped the bottom of the pot. The little bit that is there anyway. And we got charged for 2 extra gravy’s that we didn’t receive.
I ordered a Flame Thrower and it was on a hamburger bun and it wasn't even right,it looked like it was put together in hurry,burger cold, fries cold and was melted by the time I got my order,like I been saying Claxton Georgia Dairy Queen ten times better. I'm done eating at Dairy Queen in Statesboro
Come on DQ! Do better! Beware if you order ice cream in the drive thru, it will be melted by the time you get to window. Might as well ask for a straw. Also, plenty of Napkins!!!
