Great service from the entire staff. Biscuits came out steaming hot and the food was great.Shopping after the meal is mandatory, and live getting several of the different candies they have.Highly recommended, great stop on our way back home!

It took about 10 minutes for our server to take our drink order. We went ahead and placed our food order also. He brought our drinks but didn't bring biscuits or cornbread. We waited 30 minutes or more and another server brought our food. She walked away and we looked at the food. It looked lime it had been served up left sitting for 10-15 minutes. Everything was dried out. A manager came over, we told her we were not happy and pointed out that the food looked like it had just been sitting. She started to remove the food dishes from our table. She informed us they were out of the main dish we ordered. We told her we would like to pay for our tea and leave. She said we didn't have to payWe got up to leave and she never once apologized! Worst restaurant experience ever!

Statesboro ga Cracker Barrel is awful. Rude staff, horrible curbside experience (disregard the memo at checkout that requests you check on online rather than call, they won’t bring it out unless you call.) We have had several horrible customer service experiences here. Avoided it for over a year and decided to try one more time and nothing has changed.

Too crowed....not enough workers. Didnt get biscuits this end of our meal. Waitress was great on all. Will not go back on Sunday after church. Midweek maybe.

been here a bunch of times and service is always good to great (Kelly). there's sometimes inconsistency in the food items, like the cook doesn't know how to make them. like the bacon egg hashbrown casserole dish, i've gotten with no green onion and no crispy onion and it tastes like a totally different dish in a bad way. when made correctly, it's amazing. keep it up.

I’ve never had a problem with this establishment. But today I ordered my normal meatloaf. I was visiting in the area. The meatloaf was dry and hard like it had been sitting a while. When I called and placed the order she told me 7-10 minutes. The Mac and cheese too was hard as well. I’m not sure what was happening today but I was so disappointed. If I had time I would’ve went back and got a refund.

It was not very crowded, but the waiter could have done better.. Examples: unsweetened tea was given to us and we ordered sweet tea. The bread came out 15 minutes after the main course. He left our drinks unfilled until we asked for our check, then he offered to go drinks. I just have had better service at more crowded places.

Would not recommend. I ordered biscuits and gravy, my husband ordered a large 3 egg and meat breakfast, we ordered a pancake breakfast for our 2 children. They never brought the platter of biscuits for us as an appetizer. When they brought out our order, they set my plate of biscuits and gravy in front of me....it was literally 8 biscuits and a cup of gravy. The plate contained all the butter, jelly and biscuits that was supposed to be presented to our whole table along with the biscuits and gravy for my antre. My husband's eggs that he asked to be over medium were very undercooked. The bacon was awful and tasteless(I paid for an extra side of bacon...2 slices for almost 4 dollars). Definitely not worth the money.

There chicken and dumplings are good here

The food was great. The service was great. Just disappointed with the business. .My family enjoyed going to Cracker Barrel because it was great for families, small children. The decision to serve alcohol ruined the family atmosphere. It goes to prove alcohol can buy any business out for the dollar, not the customer.
