we have Cook Out in Atlanta everywhere too, and I used to go often but stopped for a long time because I got tired it as it was over fried and greasy. I am not sure if the burgers at this location are just that good, but yeah they are really darn good. The onion rings are excellent, I haven't had anything bad yet. And the prices are still really good considering price inflation everywhere else. Chik-fil-a has a $11-12 combo meal these days. I'd venture to say they are the cheapest fast food combo going on right now. Service is generally OK, depends who you get. I don't expect much, just don't spit in my food. It's usually pretty fast to go midday or dinner, but after like 10 or 11 pm, you'll have like 20 cars lined up for 30 minutes and that is not worth it, sorry. I can go sit down at Waffle House and eat and leave in 30 minutes.
Zero stars for such a simple order. I ordered 2 milkshakes, One being a Oreo milkshake and the other one to be a Reese’s milkshake. We get to the window and not one but both milkshakes are plain vanilla milkshakes. So I turn around and go in to get the order straightened, the manager comes out after waiting a hot minute and I tell him what was wrong and you would think they would understand and fix it. They take both milkshakes back and give them back to me. I get into the truck and they had given me a Oreo milkshake( right ) and then a pecan milkshakes (wrong ) instead of a Reese’s milkshake. It just blows my mind how you can get a milkshake wrong. But hopefully the call to corporate and this review will help in the future.
Messy burger only on the edges missed small meat patty which was supposed to be a big burger! No fries in bag! Employees yelling, laughing and playing and talked to loud in microphone! Not understanding order which was simple! Out of Dr Pepper! CokeCola was so weak and mostly ice! Disappointed in burger width itself! Cheap! Did like the chargrill flavor!
Waited in line for 20 minutes almost. Ordered the big double w cheese and this is what I get. Smh do better.
coke floats and hush puppies were excellent. shakes were good, but need much more substantial straws in order to drink them. they did not give us the cajun fries or bbq sauce ordered.
wish i could give 0 stars. 10:00 PM got a tray and a milkshake in the drive Thru. lady on the speaker was rude, while telling me they are out of literally everything i ordered. get to the window and get charged for the wrong order, then given all the attitude this girl could produce. finally get out of there and they didn’t give me any sides in my tray. will never go back. how do they make money.
30 minutes in line and they couldn't even get a plain burger right. Can't get anyone on the phone to complain
The service was fast and friendly. My fave has always been been the hushpuppies, but I now have a new fave with the spicy chicken sandwich.
Hate it the dine-in is closed but you can't go wrong with the value and the food quality. its really good For the most part... Hit or Miss with the drive-thru time could be slow could be fast but it's worth it if you got patients
The most worthless Cookout I have ever been to. We could not pull in the drive-thru because of having a large truck, walked up to the window and was told we had to walk around to the front window. So we walk up to that window and the employees still would not come out to take our order, after they told us to come there. Rang the button several times and could see them inside just ignoring us. Probably a blessing we weren't serve because I sure wouldn't want them preparing food if they act like this. It wasn't because they were short staff either since you could see some of the employees sitting around doing nothing.
