Went to this chipotle today and they were out of sour cream and pico. Employees didn't mind telling us until after we had already ordered the burrito however and did not care at all.

Food is DELICIOUS! And the service is incredibly FAST! I have been blow away with the speedy service. I usually order through the Mobile App, which gives me a 'pick-up time' after placing my orderMy food is ready before or at the confirmed pick-up time every single time. That is the perfect definition of consistency, which is something I have not receive with any other mobile food ordering service in the area! The professionalism, respect, and friendly service provided by this location's team is outstanding! All these reasons states above are why I choose Chipotle over any other similar-style restaurant. My husband eats here in statesboro at Chipotle everyday, literally!! NEVER ONCE have we either one had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and the food is GREAT!! This morning we came in to eat and the guy at the window was very nice and acknowledged my husband for coming in daily. Keep up thee good work. We will continue to visit this location.
I'm very pleased with the chipotle they brought to Statesboro Ga. It's clean the food is good and the staff was very polite. I really enjoyed everything and it being my husband first time there he loved it as well. Keep up the good work
Nice staff is why you got 2 stars. Ridiculous prices. Cold meat. 14$ for a burrito 3$ for the guacamole... yeah I'll stick to every other burrito chain that when you pay 10$ you get what you pay for.
This picture doesn’t really do it justice… but this is a ROACH I found in my sour cream. It was a lot more visible before I threw it back down in disgust. This is beyond nasty and I will never be eating at this chipotle again. Disgusting.
Unfortunately this is the second time eating at this restaurant and regretting it completely. Every time I have gone the ingredients are not fresh. The cheese and chips both have a sour taste to them along with other ingredients in my bowl. While I did come in the later hours of the store being open, they barley had any ingredients available to choose from. While the staff was friendly I can for sure say I will not be wasting my money anymore eating this food. I am truly disappointed.
Great staff and food! The patio is perfect when there's a breeze, during windy weather I used my drink to hold down my napkin.
So glad Chipotle is here. Been there several times and the service has been fast and courteous with no issues. Best to go before or after lunch rush to avoid the whiny, rude GSU students.
