The service was excellent.I was not sure what to expect due to Georgia Southern just had it's graduation and people were hungry. My son suggested this place, my family and I were not disappointed.We had burgers and fries. They were delicious.Sorry no photos.
I liked the $10.99 special. It came with a drink, appetizer, and entree. I ordered the chili for appetizer. It was 80 cent upcharge. It was a little to thick so I added a little water. No big deal. I let my server choose my entree. She selected the Cajun Chicken Pasta. It was very satisfying. Not very spicy if that is your thing.Service was great!
had a great lunch outside. it was very cool outside. very peaceful. Food was excellent. service was great.
Literally worst service every. I try to be extremely understanding because I also work in the service industry and I understand a busy night. We waited 30 minutes for DRINKS and it wasn’t even that busy. At a certain point I started manically laughing like the joker. We just got up and left. I wish I could rate no star. U will PAY chili’s!!!!
let me start by saying the restaurant was NOT busy. food took forever then was cold. Our entire table didn’t receive a single napkin the whole meal even after asking twice. We had to get paper towels from the roll on the table nearby. Was also there for more than 2 hours total experience when it could have been way less time. Tables around us who arrived after us got their food first. Sides also came out after entrees. Server was nice when she was talking to us but was not attentive at all. our checks were also messed up multiple times.
Took so long to get anything to our table including drinks, silverware, and especially food. We were there for 2 hours and only took 20 minutes at most to eat. We never got napkins so had to grab a roll of paper towels from a nearby table. Waitress was nice but not attentive at all.
After not going to this location for 7+ years because of their horrible service. I decided to try it out again. Nothing has changed the waitresses only care about the tables that have a lot of people. We got our food after almost an hour after ordering with our sides we ordered coming out 15 minutes later. Saw the manager just standing around without a care. Don't eat here don't waste your money.
Kept having bad experiences stayed away for 2 years came back.. Even in an empty restaurant they bring our appetizers out late right before our food.. both my wife and I food were cold and I had a piece of Margarita chicken that was like jerky and when I told the manager about it they just said they'll bring me another piece of chicken in 5 minutes ,15 minutes later I got my original plate full of cold beans and rice sitting in front of me and a hot piece of chicken and a complete loss of appetite.. It will take a lot for me to go back. I've wasted way too much money there For that quality of food..
Usually this location does great. It’s one of my frequented locations; This one and Pooler. I don’t know what happened this time, but my experience was absolutely AWFUL! The waitress we were given (Ella) kept disappearing for 20-30 minutes at a time. First, when we were seated, it took 30 minutes for drinks; 15 for her to take the drink orders and 15 to come back with them. Tells us they have no chocolate syrup for the kid’s chocolate milk, but we later watched another waitress bring some out for another table. She disappeared for another 20 minutes and came back to take our order. Another 20 go by and she comes back to tell us they don’t have chips for the appetizer we ordered. She didn’t care to ask if we’d like to choose something different. 30 minutes later, we were served lukewarm food. Failed to mention that they replaced the regular fries with curly fries and brought my child Mac and cheese, when she ordered chicken fingers. I’m usually very patient and understanding but this is just ridiculous. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, during this time.
My sister and I we're seated next to the kitchen entrance behind a family of two unruly Toddlers and Extremely Loud and rude parents. They made our lunch an absolutely miserable experience! The dining rooms were not even half-full so why were we seated by the kitchen entrance next to a family of four that was obviously going to be a problem? The server should have either had the manager come take care of these unruly patrons or at least had the guts to ask them to quiet down his self. I had to on one occasion walk outside to keep from doing something about them myself and embarrassing my poor sister.The food itself what's good. My sister had the firecracker egg rolls and I had chicken fajitas.
