Very disappointed in chick-fil-a this morning. went on the mobile app ordered my breakfast through mobile carry out almost every other day . Waited about 30 minutes before I went up there because I knew it was ready, to find out it’s not . Not only is it not ready they don’t have the order and Repeatedly asking to see the order as if I’m lying . Mind you I didn’t bring my phone because I thought it would be just a pick up and I’m out of there but no . I’m 6 months pregnant when I’m hungry it is go time very upset that my food was not ready and how it was not even in the system . I should of got more than what I bought after this . Do better .

My family and I are traveling from Florida and heading to Augusta Ga. We pulled into the drive thru. My daughter wanted a 2 strip kids meal with Mac and cheese. The person on the drive thru stated that they were out of Mac and cheese. I proceeded to order a chicken soup bowl and they said that they were out of that too. I was shocked because I never gotten shut down and cut off when ordering at chic fil A. So, we drove off and decided to eat else where.
Never had a issue! The drive through is very efficient and quick. The line outside looks long, but it moves fast!! Don’t recommend going inside, it was much slower
Ordered online and scooped it up. It was for my lovely niece I was to pick up from tennis practice. Chicken strips, waffle fries and sweet tea. Had it waiting in her seat and she seemed to enjoy it all ?
The people who organize Chick-fil-A's drive thru should run for President! They AMAZE me EVERY time! Awesome experience, even better food!
Third time we have eaten here in 2 months. Absolutely gross. My daughter's chicken sandwich was mushy and gross. My chicken nuggets were not crispy and old. Seems like they are making alot the night before and just keeping them warm. I will continue to drive to Pooler because I will not waste my time or money here.
Extremely unhappy with my purchase of a chicken sandwich, I purchased a chicken sandwich meal and kid’s chicken nugget meal 15$ chicken sandwich patty was extremely small, looked as tho patty was cut in half then fried did not even cover bun, nuggets were also very small and really over cooked my child couldn’t even eat because they were so hard, fries were cold,the quality and quantity is so disappointing,unlikely to visit agin.
I never get poor service from the Statesboro Chick-fil-A. There's always a smiling face (even if it's behind a face mask) waiting to serve the customers. It gets a little busy sometimes, but they always get you in and out in a timely manner.
