This doesn’t even deserve a star. My relative and I went to this location and it was not worth it. The cashier did not get our order right and tried to say she never took our order. How ridiculous ! We asked for a refund and she had a very nasty attitude. Will not be coming here again and may make a phone call to an office.
Went there on last Friday night, rude order taker at the speaker box and at the window. Very slow drive through line waited for about 20 mins. I got the 2 for $4 spicy chicken and checker burger and both sandwiches was extremely cold but my fries was fresh. I took my order back to have it freshly replaced and everything was still cold. I was given a refund. Would not go back at nighttime again, maybe during the day. Was not please at all with the service.
Went there tonight and witnessed the most horrible customer service. The woman at the walk up had the most nastiest attitude all because I asked for extra sauce that I gladly paid for. Hopefully she has a change of heart one day and learns how to speak to customers:(

They gave away our order to door dash. Then when we showed our order was supposed to be for pickup the woman started cussing would not give us our food or a refund, or the number for customer service and claimed she was the manager. For your sanity go somewhere else the employees here will rip you off and you won't get your food or your money refunded. I don't won't the corporate customer service number .I want the number for the store manager or the regional manager. This was ridiculous.
We go there all the time, the food is what it is.. its a checkers, we love it.. the manager there is AMAZING, she has great customer service, always nice to my family.. she needs a raise!!
The food was decent, but I can tell my food was being redrop. We Waited in the line for a very long time, James on the headset was very disrespectful, kept stalling our order and gave us drinks with no straws and food with no sauces. We came back in the line and ask a young fella that was out the door smoking while cars were in the line waiting for their order to be taken. He came back, and a manger with a red shirt came out the door hollering about how she put sauces in the bag, she came to our car very loud and disrespectful, even after the fact I showed her there weren’t any sauces in the bag. This is unacceptable and I am not happy about my experience here.
Great greasy food, just what I was looking for as always, but soooo slow! Last three visits have taken a lot longer than expected, once there was only 2 cars ahead and still took about 20mins. Another visit I pulled away after fifteen mins because I was still sitting at the order sign, and hadn't moved, yet they had tried to take my order 4 different times, while it looked like all of their employees were on the side of the building cutting up and having the time of their lives. I'm sure I'll still visit, but only if no one is in line.
A little slow normal or the times restaurant wise food is great and they tend to get your order right very satisfying
There's usually always at least one thing off, while the rest is fine. Sometimes the chicken is old or overcooked. Sometimes they give you the wrong sandwich. Sometimes there's zero sauces. But 99% of the stuff is usually right, and when it's right, it's perfectly delicious. It's just a bit of a Russian Roulette each trip, but it's worth it.Not to mention their late hours are extremely convenient for college students. This is often the only good take-out place open at night.Also, they are impressively quick and organized with the drive thru. Some people say it's really slow, but idk, I've seen a lot worse at the McDonald's. People seem to be more impatient at this Checkers. All the cars that the leave the line early make it even quicker for you, though!I just wish they were more consistent with their quality control.Fries are AMAZING and addictive!
