I had to wait in line for a hour before I got told that something was wrong with the employees and that I needed to call corporate to get them some help and then after waiting for a hour for my order I never got my money back the manager was rude and nasty never had on a mask or gloves and definitely not a hair net on that head of hers with all then fall outs and then she was rude to 7 other costumers telling them that she couldn’t help that her employees was trash and won’t work. Like what place does that and says that like it’s suppose to be fresh eating and friendly environment and it’s not ether one of those they are nasty and they treat white people like they are trash and they mock white people too I have many videos and pictures of them all mocking people as they wait in line for their food and they don’t even get your order right like what’s really going on here. This isn’t safe at all
My order was wrong I accidentally got someone else food. I gave my receipt to the manager on duty Ms Gwen. She kindly replaced my order. All was hot and fresh. Thank you very.
After working all day and getting in, I was encouraged to try the whopper melt. What a complete disaster/disappointment with this meal. The size was the first issue noticed and then the fact that the bread wasn't toasted as well as the bacon burnt. The overall taste was not that good but because I brought it so I ate it.
Food was not good at all bun was obviously old because it was crunchy on bottom..condiments were way over applied..french fries was cold..and my beverage wasn't a Coke...tasted like straight carbonated water...
What's wrong and not cooked all the way and not even hot. I ordered two french fries got one and one two large soda $17 in change ridiculous.
This location is highly slow in service, especially drive-thru. The food is cold by the time you get to the 2nd window to pay and collect food.
The manger had no manners at all! Rude during a DoorDash order pickup. She cut me off more then once. I will NEVER accept a order from there again. She continued to get loud inside as well. The inside was nasty and smelt as well.
OK, this is NOT gourmet food, nor are these some special type of regional foods. It is good old "American fast food." This a big juicy, burger, honestly flame-grilled (no imprinted fake grill marks on the burgers here). This is 100% per cent beef, with no extenders or whatever that give your burger a strange taste that you can't quite identify. This burger smells like what you want when you get out of your car, and then looks like what you want when you unwrap it (with no having to look for it inside the burger) you discover it is exactly what you really want to eat..
Ordered a double Whopper only to find when I got home a single Whopper. Bun was stale. Fourth car in the Drive-Thru and it took over 20 minutes to get to the window. Overall the price increases are ridiculous, the food mediocre and the accuracy of the order ridiculously bad. I understand that staffing is a challenge but at least train the staff that you have to provide excellent service and accurate orders.
