Appetizers were great! Strongly suggest the spinach and artichoke dip. The service was great and some good drink choices!

Found this spot several weeks ago and loved the atmosphere and especially liked Conner. We ask for him specifically. Tonight was a different story all together. I ordered the grilled Caesar salad and when the salad came out it was intensely salty. I even asked my husband to try it. I ate a few bites thinking it was just a few pieces. I told the waitress that the meat was too salty which brought out, what I assume was the manager. She was very understanding and i got a hamburger instead. When we went to pay we were told the manager was only going to comp part of the salad. I would certainly understand if I had eaten half the salad but I did not. Well, long story short Bites just lost customers that eat out 7 out of 7’days and tip very well. You may want to rethink your management team. The waitress was great. Didn’t get her name. 6/7 6pm
My wife and found this place a few weeks back. We really liked the atmosphere and food. We normally ask for Conner that is a waiter there.He wasn’t working this evening, so we got a young waitress that was great! The problem we experienced was that my wife ordered a Cesar grilled chicken salad. After she took just a few bites she asked me if I could taste the chicken that she thought was to salty. I did. It was beyond salty. Which she said that she really didn’t want to complain about anything. Which btw we never do. I told her well you can’t eat it, so you need to let our waitress know. So she did. The waitress asked if she wanted something different to eat. My wife said she would have a cheeseburger, then a different young woman walked up and said she was sorry about the salad. We found out later when we went to pay that she was the manager. Well she told our waitress that was waiting on us not to remove the entire salad from our bill! Well after only a few bites that was entirely to salty to eat. We had to pay for! WHAT??? Well The place that we found that we thought we would be going to regularly. We won’t be returning to. I will add that we eat out seven days out of seven. We also are very good tippers. I think this place should reconsider the management. This happened on 6-7-2022 at around 6pm. Thanks Gary Nobles.
First time trying Bites at the new location and the food was great! The fried pickles are some of the best I've had in Statesboro. The homestyle fries are some of my favorite! The only negative I had, and it's the same as the last location, is the burger patty being smaller than the bun. You end up with more bun than burger in the last few bites. Nice location and great music selection!
Great menu variety! Great alcoholic beverage menu! Fun environment. Bathrooms could use a good detailed cleaning... some unsanitary marks on the handicap bathroom rails and a few other areas... this establishment is new, restaurant is very clean and crisp... If they don't pay better attention to the restrooms they will get out of hand quickly! Other than that... thoroughly enjoyed my visit here! Food is great!
This is one of those jewels that you will have to be patient but it’s well worth the wait! I totally understand the high reviews because the food is cooked to perfection, flavorful, with large portions. Our party of four was passing through and stopped because of the convenience and great reviews. We all ordered different items and all loved what we got. Even though we had a bit of a wait to be seated and a little wait for the food to come out, our server (think his name was Matt) was great and provided great service. Will definitely be back when we pass through!
Place was not extremely busy but Waited 10 minutes before being greeted (if you can call it that), discord between staff in front area-seemed no one knew who was doing what, food was warm at best, hamburgers are very thin & loaded with garlic taste, mushrooms on burger were obviously directly from can & tasted gross. Server was nice & courteous. When they were at previous location everything was on point & delicious. Hope things work themselves out to make Bites like it was.
The burgers were great. The fish tacos left a little to be desired. Service was phenomenal!
