There was no Roast Beef at a Roast Beef establishment. wow!
They were out of lids and different sized cups besides small and also only had small sized fry containers. They also had no change to give customers. The poor girl at the front was doing everything she could to inform the customers, and some still were giving her a hard time. The manager was even rude to the poor cashier because customers were walking out. I'm giving 5 stars because the cashier was super nice.Working with the general public is tough, and some of yall customers need to learn manners.
Wasted a trip using expensive gas to find out they had changed to no dine in. I will not waste my time or gas going here again. ??????Update!Since when is money no good!I gave them a chance and went back and got turned away because I didn’t have exact change and didn’t want to use my card! Screw this place! I wish I could give it less stars!
Was told that I cannot order 2 oreder at drivethru was told that I had to drive back around very rude then the management want call me back
Lately, whenever I've gone by Arby's, they're out of items. No poppers and last time no chicken sandwiches.
I love eating at Arby's I travel all around in about 6 different states I haven't been but.to a couple of there stores that need some different management my favorite and my wife favorite Arby's is in Eatonton Georgia
We went for lunch Thursday the 24th.the place was dirty and your feet stuck to the floor.the workers were just standing around.i will never eat there again ! The kitchup machine didn't work .it was just a mess.the whole place needs to be cleaned.
I will GLADLY say I have always had a better experience here than I did the last time I went to the one in Vidalia,Ga. The only reason I'm giving it a 4* instead of a 5* is they told us they didn't have the bread that normally comes with the beef and cheddar sandwiches the bread that they gave us was the kind I personally prefer anyway. I'm not sure exactly what they call it but they gave us the bread with the onion pieces on it which like I said was what I prefer anyway thanks again to all for your service
Night Crew on 1-20-22 was very accommodating. I am a bus driver, and I arrived with a small group of high school kids that just finished an event.The lobby was closed when we arrived, but they let us in so we could order. Despite the line of cars in the drive thru, we were able to get our orders quickly and get back on the road again.Hospitality at it's finest.Team Work, made the Dream Work.
