First time at this location! Food was good as always fresh and delicious however what made our Experience at this location Exception was Rebecca! From the moment we entered the restaurant, she made us feel like home, her energy and enthusiasm is Fenomenal! We need more people like Rebecca, she really made us like Welcome! This Zaxby's in Snellville needs to be investigated, for a cup of Ice$2.54, If you want to add on to your order they make you drive around again.. They are the most rudest people everWhen they give food in the parking lot they sling the food around and around .. VERY UNProfessional..
The staff is horrible and super slow all standing around to give me a refund for a drink of $3 no one was polite or acknowledged me and my family . On top of that out food was cold and the soda machine had no ice at all our drinks were super hot it was disgusting. Very dissatisfied.
Good food, but too many young people working here. They keep forgetting the small things like silverware, napkins, straws, etc. Where are your smiles young people...#customerservive?
Horrible customer service. Messed my order up so I called. Manager took my name down and told me to come back and they would correct it. I came back and they refused. The manager names Christiana has a horrible attitude. I recommend going somewhere else to spend your money.
Worst experience ever!!! Rude women working here! Screaming through the speaker at us! When we got to the window we were spoken to with more attitude! Asked to speak to a mgnr and Christina and she acted like she was clueless as what was going on when asked for my money back more attitude
Got order wrong after waiting over 30 mins in line and paid for something more expensive than I ordered but line was even longer and packed inside so didnt go back.
On Sunday, December 19th, 2021 I went into restaurant waited on everyone that was in front of me to be helped and spoke with a girl that had glasses on, with a blonde puff ponytail to pick up a mobile order. After telling her the name on order she looked at me and turned away. 3 different groups of people who placed their orders after me were handed their orders and left. So I walked up to ask "has my order been made"? She cut me off and said " I'll get your order". Which was ready before I walked into restaurant.

The food is pretty good. You can adjust your order to suit your preferences and liking.. Decent customer service.
