Employees are rude as h… and don’t care about their job. Had me pull up for a simple kids meal and finger plate. Made me wait 30 mins and there was no line at all. People were pulling up after me getting their food and leaving before me all the while I have my hangry toddler in the car. Asked for manager who was also rude and gave me the run around and no compensation. I’m calling corporate to file a complaint.
Doesn't deserve the one star. The worse one in town. 5 kids working the counter and I had to wait more than 10 minutes in the drive through. Then no fork or knife. Had to go in and they looked at me like I was crazy to ask for a fork, "Oh, you got the last one!" in a place that sells salads. Didn't get a straw either. Give me a break. Will not stop here ever again.
You're better off ordering for pick up or doing the drive thru. Dining room customers are prioritized dead last. The drive thru lines have cleared 3 times in the last 15 minutes, while lobby customers are piling up and standing around. Cheating the timers by saying food has been put out when it hasn't isn't the way to do things.
Super hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is great and everything is right. Sometimes the orders come out incorrect and take forever to get fixed. Today I was told when I got to the drive thru spot to order to hold on a minute. I did so and proceeded to wait 17 minutes before being told to go ahead. I then was asked to wait even more after I paid for food. Waited a total of 31 minutes. If my son didn’t specifically request that I would have left. Ridiculous amount of time to wait. Then the sauces on the bag were opened already which is gross. The manager didn’t seem to care. Just said she is working in the kitchen.
I went in today for Doordash and Danielle was amazing. Even helped me carry stuff out to car. A sign this location may be turning things around. Shout out to Danielle.
Waited 20 mins in the drive thru behind 2 cars after pulling straight up to order. Got told my food wasn't ready and they couldn't hazard a guess as to how long till it was. Drove off without food. They could have told me about whatever their kitchen issues were before I ordered before wasting my time. This place is a joke!
Great food! We tried the 8 meal and came very good. Boneless wings, fries and a toast.Drink included for 7.99I liked! ? ??
Usually I love their 4 piece chicken tender plate but this has been the 3rd time I leave disappointed at this location. First time they were out of large drink cups, second time they closed the restaurant in the middle of the afternoon rush and send the long line of cars home, the third time they were out of Cole slaw for my plate ended up getting xtra fries instead that were hard and old. I will not be back to this location until they can resolve their short staffing which I think is causing the issues.
Absolutely awful. No drinks in the drink machine. No sauces. 30+ minutes to get our food. Unbelievable!!
A much more pleasant experience than the shameful Tucker location on Hugh Howell.
