As a Phone Technician, I am "SHOCKED!" with the level of disregard some humans take towards others. We strive to live the best life including zero tolerance to any obstruction. Never would I think wingstop will be up to the task of creating a disappointing experience not to even mention, they don't greet nor smile. You think McDonald's is dirty.....Mcdonalds is like heaven compared to this wingstop. From exterior to interior, is nothing but dirt and trash in Scenic highway wingstop. I walked up to an employee separating cooked fries with his hands. I had to tell him to put gloves on. funny alone, NO ONE SAID A WORD. June 13th, 3:45pm, When I was eating, I saw something disturbing. I ask two of my Co workers what they see in my togo plate. They said, " Yo! That's a bug". I took pictures so I can zoom into it on full detail. It was an over cooked bettle with no legs. I went back to the wingstop store, asked to speak to the bald dark manager on duty. I told him what was going on. He replied, "I am going to break it open so I can see the interior" I said ok. He barely applied any pressure the object shattered into tiny pieces. he gave me a straight face saying, " See it's corn, we fry corn everyday " I replied, " I am sorry sir it is definitely a beetle" He started arguing with me affirming it is a corn, If he was so sure then why was it there in the first. ( WHICH MEANS THEY DON'T CHANGE THEIR OIL REGULARLY) I requested for a refund. He responded, " you already ate the whole fries so what's the point of a refund?" I replied, "I am not going to eat the whole fries especially when I don't appreciate the fact that am about to swallow a bug" Manager Krystal approached the counter in a disrespectful manner saying, "We are not going to do this today. We are going to refund your money and we hope you don't come back here again" ( BIG MISTAKE NEVER TELL A CUSTOMER NOT TO COME BACK) I reply, "Absolutely never! especially when you all don't pay attention to what you are doing, first of all you don't greet customers, you act like we are the problem and reason why you come to work everyday, cashier Erica is constantly on her phone; doesn't know when customer walks in and the store constantly dirty" I am very disappointed, no value of customer health. I understand we all make mistakes but it is the accountability that matters. That's why I felt they didn't deserve my business which their actions prove they didn't care.
If I could give no stars I would. Im not sure what's wrong with the management or employees at this location, but they do not care about their customers. I tried placing an online order at 11pm. Mind you, this location closes at 12 am which is more than enough time to place an order. I get a message saying online ordering is not available. Then I call and the line is busy. So I proceed to the store to place an order inside. I do not live that close, but I still arrived at 11:25 to place an order only to be told that they are closed. When I said but it says you close at midnight, the employee just looked at me, shrugged his shoulders and started walking to the back. I go in to talk to someone and ask when do they stop taking online orders because I tried at 11pm, she tells me they stop at 11:30, which is a bold face lie. I said but you close at 12 am, and she just looked at me. Never mind the fact that they have two whole baskets of food just sitting there. What are they doing with all that food if they are not taking anymore orders? They deliberately cut off online ordering when ever they feel like it, and close when ever they want. That is bad for business. You should close at the time you are supposed to. I will never spend my money here again. They need to do better.
None of the workers are wearing gloves! I had to wait 25 more minutes over the estimated waiting time. One of the chefs was literally tapping her hair, then touching the wings with that same had! This is one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. The whole staff has to be replaced including the bunch of failures who manage this location!
The people that works there never answer the phone always say place online order . Always have attitude . I walk in the place and I’m calling them while I’m in there . Employees just allowingthe phone to ring and they was just sitting around talking . Fired the whole staff Asap .
Very few flavors, tasted like leather with cheap hot sauceFries were okBeen twice, just pick any other wing place in the area
The customer service at this place is terrible. It’s always an issue with my order. They are the most illiterate bunch of people working in fast food. Today was the last straw for me. I will not be going back again.
Ordered 2 separate combos at 6:20pm. We went to sit down and the manager stated that the dine in area was closed at 7:00 pm and that we could not sit there. It was not 7:00 pm but it was clear they did not want anyone sitting down in there open done in area. Also can we address why they stack the frys in the boats this is not sanitary by any measure. They have containers for the wings but decide it’s ok to just stack the frys on top of each other so the bottom of the boat that was on the counter. I will not be coming back to this location.
This is one of the worse wing stops!!! It’s crazy how they turn off online ordering whenever they want and they StOp taking orders whenever they please. It is now 5:08 pm on a Saturday night and when I called the store the employee said they were not taking anymore orders for the night… I’m so confused. Don’t they close at midnight?!?This is not the first time I’ve tried to order and they’ve done this. Please don’t waste your time or money here!!!
This was truly a poor visit. We have been to many wing-stops here in Georgia and in California. We were told it would take 20 mini for our order. That is not a problem. The problem I have were the employees were two busy on there phones dancing instead of taking care of customers. They put my food up on the to go rack and if the manager didn’t say something I would have had my food. The employees just threw it on the rack while we were sitting waiting for our food. The manager was trying to leave for the night but I guess she needs to baby sit her employees. These were not young high school kids I would expect more out of an adult.
This was awful just down right horrible... I can't even put it into words. I am looking forward to the day when the consumers dollars actually mean something to establishments such as this. Old refried chicken is not my idea of a meal, the owner should pop in on this location and see just how bad it really is.
