RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! Just unprofessional. Didn’t speak didn’t confirm my order at the drive thru. The only one who was professional was the older brown skinned gentleman who wore a green shirt. I think he’s a manager, but he was very nice. The RUDE lady/manager was just cursing, remind you im sitting in the drive way listening. First time at that location. The line was super long last Thursday, but never knew I’d run into a disrespectful manager! Never going back!
Fries came out cold so we got another one and asked it to be hot. Sandwich had a thin thin thin patty of chicken in it. Inside is good but needs cleaning of tables. Employees shouldn’t be yelling about customers in the open bc everyone can hear. Overall eh.
Very long line because you have to go through drive thru. Actually ordered online while waiting to order. Finally get to the window all to be told they didn't have an order for me. Showed the lady my receipt yet they still didn't have it. Luckily she filled my order, all accept the strawberry frosty.
Disappointing. I went through the drive through, gave my order. They gave me my drinks and asked me to pull up. When they came out, I asked for straws. While he was gone,, I checked the bags to find that they had given fries instead of potatoes. While he was getting them, I realized they had left off my cookie. So I went inside to wait for the potatoes and request my cookie. The potatoes were great! The cookie was great. The sandwich was dry, but it may have dried out on the ride home.
My bf and I come back to this location frequently because of how pleasant the employees are. The man running the drive thru at night is very nice and everyone is always working hard. Not sure why people are leaving rude reviews but if you feel the need to want to complain about a fast food restaurant, know that you can always apply and join the team.
I just came home from the drive thru and I had to get on and leave a review. Outstanding customer service! And I haven't had chili like this from Wendy's in a long time. Others make it watery and tasteless. This chili was superb! Thank you!
I thought the whole point of baconator fries was having bacon especially when u get charged for extra bacon and cheese but never receive it. Honestly not the first time they mess up my food or don’t give me proper change. Always mange to mess up my order so yeah I like to stay away from this place. They need to go over protocol again on how to properly packaged orders and give better customer service.
Use mobile ordering, curbside. Ordered the T-Mobile Tuesday Bogo chicken sandwich and a pineapple mango drink. Very good! Thanks T-Mobile!?
I've been to this Wendy's recently and I have to admit the customer service was great. I usually don't like to write reviews but I feel like this spot needs a little recognition. I hope the supervisor sees this comment and be proud of the staff they have.
Jr bacon cheese burger had not bacon. The chicken nuggets were all mushed up together when dropped in the fryer. Chicken nuggets shouldn’t b mushy on one side. There was only 1 car in front of me too.
