Very Very Rude and Obnoxious Staff.Very rude while taking orders at the drive through.. Very Slow.. Zero Customer ServiceThe Staff took my card without a word swipped the card , returned it and did not give me a receipt. A different Staff gave me the item I ordered. Then a different Staff had to give me a straw. Then I had to ask for the receipt before I finally got it. A complete disaster.
I was at the Snellville location on 124. The quality of the food isn't the same. My #1 combo wasn't hot or fresh. It tasted like the patty was cooked already and placed back on the grill for a few minutes and the fries were warn I'm a dissatisfied customer!
Customer service in the morning is awesome. My food is fresh and The workers are always smiling. The 5 stars is for THEM!!! NOW night shift isn't the best. Every now and then you may get 1 person at the window who's nice otherwise you screwed.
Bad service isn’t even the word. Have the expectation of sitting in the drive-thru for at least 25 minutes with no response on the intercom. When you finally place your order to pull around the attitude of the workers is downright deplorable, even when you use manners when speaking to the workers. The food is not hot or even remotely warm even though you’ve waiting in line for almost half an hour, so why the wait, I have absolutely no clue. To top it off, the items you ordered are missing from the bag so you’re faced with chucking it up to the game or finding yourself back in line for who knows how long. Do better.
Drive Thru' microphone needs some repairs cause I gotta scream to them, make sure they repeat your order right because 'sometimes' they may not get it right. This place peaks all the time and may not have enough workers, so be patient with them. The lunch food slaps, the breakfast slaps even HARDER. Skip Dunkin' & McDonalds breakfast for one time, and go to Wendy's, you're welcome (from someone who knows someone who works at Wendy's.) =]
It took quite a while to place an order when I went through the drive through(30). It did not take that long to get the food just to order it. Idk why it took so long because they did not say.
The level of service is down across the board in the fast food industry but this has to be one of the bottom tier locations
Fries wee cold and reheated. Cokes were Flat. Burger was good and not messy. Only the drive thru's are open at all the Fast Food places in Gainesville, GA right now due to new COVID surge.
Doing better now. Think they are under new management.
It's run by incompetent teenagers. You won't get your order and if you get an order it's not yours. To summarize, whatever food you do end up getting will be cold by the time it gets to you.
