I tried calling this Waffle House at 6:30 A.M. no one was able to answer the phone but an automated message system told me they were open. Upon arriving there are two people working when I go in I am told that they are only taking to go orders until more staff arrives. The female waitress is now playing on her phone which she was doing when I walked in and the cook is prepping for customers. Overal good customer service but a to go only Waffle House is pointless

Very friendly staff, respectful

Normally the experience is pleasant but for some reason this morning it wasn’t so nice. This women refused to say good morning, would you like anything or what are you ordering. I walked in the cooler greeted me she was on a call. When she hung up I stood at the front and she went to have a seats I assumed she was coming back never came back to take my order then as I was leaving the cooked asked her was she gonna take my order and she didn’t move until I walked out the store that’s when I grabbed this phone of her. I don’t need a free anything Waffle House, but her job is taking orders and I don’t think she likes this job so much unfortunately

Everytime I decide to come to this location, it's closed or there short staffed. I work 3rd shift so, i come around 7a/7:30a for breakfast it's always something. Why is this location even here if it not open around breakfast time. The hours should be changed or get new management.

Food was excellent, came out fast, and the service was the best.

No tables cleaned for people waiting while plenty of space was available, no metal utensils available, no tea available, no Jam was given for my toast, and wrote out my ticket wrong with an added $2 for tea not given.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with a very rude, kurt, snappy, ignorantly toned...pregnant Anglo female this morning. She doesn't know how to talk to custmers. She was utterly unprofessional and was discussing how some male employee did not make grits before he left, etc.. customers shouldn't be privy to the shannigans occuring behind the scenes. Nor do we care. She abrut when taking my order, very kurt when I asked for a few packets of salt and pepper. She was nasty about not having enough to give me, but you took my $ with no problem. It's not what you say usually, it's how you say it. Nonetheless, it's evident she's a miserable person and doesn't realize it's the customers that pay her wages. Respect people and learn how to talk and what to say to customers or your child will turn out just like you, unprofessional. Won't be returning to this Waffle House. I don't do ignorance well at all and I pass 5 WH on this long....road/route.

Sunday morning, around 11:00 amService and staff at this location is extremely poor. I counted 8 crew members (including the manager) working today…5 of them were crowded around the grill.Customers were patiently waiting to be seated, and several stations needed to be bussed.From out of nowhere, the manager announces that he is closing down the counter seating, as well as 3 booths, because he is understaffed.More than 5 customers turned, and walked out.I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION

It was actually fun, seen how they work hard and get alone well even after one of the ladies spilled some water, another selected songs at the phonograph, every single guest was taken care of.

10/10, great service, amazing food, had low expectations, but this has given me a new view
