It was only one cook and one server that night and surprisingly, the food and serve time was good.
I have a coupon through my job for Waffle House. This location refused to honor it. I’ve used it with no issue at other locations. I ended up contacting corporate who sent me to another Waffle House down the street in Loganville. They took my coupon with no problem.
This is one of my favorite WAHOs. The music is always going and it just seems to be a lively, fun location. It really does give you that old timey diner feel.The cooks are great and the food always comes out looking wonderful and tasting even better.I've never had an issue with service and everyone seems to enjoy their job and giving the customers a truly unique experience.
Today in the morning the second waffle house I go to and they don't want to attend, according to what I have learned, they will be open 24 hours with 3 shifts to be able to serve 24 hours and the employees no longer want to serve tomorrow, letting go of many of the clients that they themselves they run with a thousand excuses that they have to clean that there are only 2 people etc. ect if before I recommended them now I don't suggest that they don't even stop to eat there that they won't serve you
All the servers here are great always end up getting my food fast and it's tastes great... Well it tastes like waffle House
Great Chocolate chip pancakes & delicious crispy hashbrowns. We hadan excellent server also.
I've lived here in snellville for 2 years now. I've repeatedly tried going to this location over these 2 years and have not been able to make a purchase, it's unbelievable the lack of service that is consistently being provided here.I have to drive all the way to Loganville to get the level of service I know waffle house provides, I love waffle house and this location does not meet that standard.Wasn't greeted when I walked in, and I never got my order taken even standing in front of the register, after 15 minutes with no acknowledgement I left.
We ate at an odd time, 2:30 pm. They had minimal employees at the time. Even though it took longer to get waited on, they worked as a team and were very nice. Food was good.
Good food. Friendly service.
Today we had the best experience at this location. Our server was awesome! She got our whole order correct and it came it rather quickly.
