Listen to the reviews. This Tropical Smoothie location (Snellville) has poor customer service. I’m writing this review after REPEATED bad experiences. I was hoping that since it’s been over a year since my last visit that things would be better.I placed a curbside order. After 20 minutes past the time that it was supposed to be delivered to my car, I went inside.There were FOUR OR FIVE young people on the clock, and only one young man behind the counter making smoothies. The other workers were all sitting down at a table doing nothing.After I asked about my curbside order, they then handed me my order, which had just been sitting BEHIND the counter for well over 10 minutes (not even on top of the counter where order pickups are placed for grabbing). I asked why none of the people who were chillin at the table could bring my order curbside after it was made, and they acted nonchalant.The manager needs to do some SERIOUS training of their staff. Why are there so many people on the clock not attending to company business? Why advertise curbside and not follow through?And no the restaurant was not busy. I was the only one inside, so there were no excuses for why my order should not have been brought outside on time as advertised.Bottom line: DO NOT waste your time spending money at this location. If you look at all their reviews, the manager answers some of them, so they are WELL AWARE of what’s going on, but does NOTHING to improve the restaurant’s service.

First time! The food was great! We had the Turkey Bacon sandwich and the Salsa Verda Quesadilla! Both were great! We went on a Friday and wasn’t sure if the crowd was there for the FREE Sunrise Sunset Smoothie or this place was that good. Four stars for the food and friendly service. Minus a star for the chairs and tables that need some upkeep. Overall, I’d recommend this place!

My family and I went to a tropical smoothie in Florida that was amazing, and we wanted to try the one in Georgia because our experience was so good. This was a mistake. When we went into the building it smelt like smoke and you could see it. The workers did not attend to the register well. When we got our smoothies they weren’t blended and had large chunks of fruit. Honestly I think I could’ve done better. The quesadilla wasn’t to bad but the customer service was bad and I don’t think my family and I will be visiting often or come back at all.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is awful. I ordered my food 30 mins before I got there. A smoothie and a grilled cheese. The smoothie was ready they had just put it down still waiting for the sandwich. No one greeted me when I walked in nobody bothered to help me. I had to figure out that that was my smoothie she sat down on the counter. I tasted my smoothie taste like water and a splash or orange juice. They didn't make my sandwich until I got there after she finally asked if I needed anything. This place is rude, the food is awful, the smoothies are watered down trash. I will never go back and I will definitely tell others to stay FAR away. Planet smoothie is down the street and it taste way better then this. And before anyone says maybe there were busy. I was the only one in the store at the time. I just lost 10 dollars. The best thing about my meal was the Mrs. Vickie's chips.

This is the worst location ever! Do not eat or drink from here they have a 71 sanitation score and for good reason.. The staff is also very unfriendly and lacks customer service and facility is gross ? The worst location I have ever been to. I saw gnats in the powder laying eggs..This location should be shut down IMMEDIATELY! I wish there was an option to not give a star at all. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! They should be on the news! Please stop going to this location it’s not safe.

I have visited this location 4 times. The last visit was today at 630pm. The staff never has uniforms on. One of the employees had a sleeveless shirt on. All of the employees looked like they just left the gym. They always have regular clothes on. Both of the cashiers were holding their phones on speaker. The female cashier was on video call with a friend. Neither one of the staff members were rude but they were not attentive. We did like that the cashier explained what they didn’t have before letting the guests order. We had to wait about 35 minutes for our order. After waiting about 20 minutes, one of the staff members came outand said that something was wrong with the stove and apologized. I wish we had known we would have canceled our order. We ordered a smoothie for our 8 year old and she said it tasted like water. We tasted it as well and she was right it had no taste. I ended up just throwing it away. A waste of $3. The floor was sticky and you could tell they had not swept or cleaned off the benches. We actually like the food but the overall experience is not good. We will not be returning.

I’m trying to figure out what’s going on or what happened? The customer service has gone down and the quality of service is poor. The store is always messy. The workers are in the back chit chatting instead of keeping the establishment Not looking like it’s black owned. Also these cheap cups that have been replaced with cheaper cups leak because the kids don’t fit and they’re smaller but the price didn’t go down due to the overall experience. Please make it make sense. I want to continue to support black businesses but this is ridiculous! There was what looked like throw up on top of the counter with napkins all over it but no one was in line when I got there yet more than several workers in the back probably on Tik Tok. The smoothly was still very delicious and tasty but we in Snellville, please represent and keep it Black Excellence. Please!!

The WORST visit! Extremely disappointing! I love Tropical Smoothie but this was the worse Tropical Smoothie experience I’ve ever had. I came in around 7:30pm to order a meal but was told they don’t prepare food after 7:30 because they close at 8. I just ordered a smoothie. But what was most upsetting was the lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service. Two people, not Tropical Smoothie workers, walked in, and one of them went into the back and made a sandwich for the other. I didn’t witness a transaction take place either. I was quite bothered (honestly offended) by this action as I was told just a few moments before no food could be made. The meal prepared was not only seemingly free for that person, it was made by someone who was not working/on the clock at the time. The TSC workers and these two young women all appeared to be friends and seemingly nonchalant about the business of the establishment that still needed to take place. Additionally, the cups we were given were smaller than the usual Tropical Smoothie issued cups. We asked for a napkin but were told they were out and that they were out of everything. No offer of an alternative. We had to ask for paper towel. I understand during these times hiring may be a challenge, but professionalism and common courtesy is still expected as a patron of any business. I will continue to dine at Tropical Smoothie, but I certainly don’t think it will be at this location.

ruined my partners smoothie, it tastes like spinach and water yet it was a sunrise senset, full turbinado, add sprinach. and my chicken chipotle club (add onions, red peppers, avo and mozzarella) came as a sandwich soaked in chipotle mayo with no onions, cheese, tomato, or lettuce. every bite tastes like mayonnaise. i want a refund

I ordered a smoothie on my way to work this morning and the young lady that was there told she doing online orders only . I had an online order then she proceed to make other orders so I left and tried to call and cancel my order for two hours no one ever answered then i got a notification that my order so when i picked it up i told i was calling for two hours and they basically ignored me. I’ve never experienced this type of customer service.
