The band was great it was my sister Bday so the waitress showed so much love gave great service .. You're bartender made a good drink but her customer service skills sucks .The DJ played all music loved it he was Great over all out of a 100 I'll give a 98 I'll recommend

The Cigar Bar would have been nice if we had good service. Our waitress was horrid and desperate. The bartender was drunk drunk and didn't know the house wiskey (Which my girl who previously went had the last time-and said her experience was much better then) The food that we ordered when we GOT there we recieve WELL AFTER we were ready to leave and were MADE TO WAIT and URGED VERY STRONGLY not to cancel. She said it takes 15 minutes to make and we were made to wait for an HOUR. We never got the hookah we ordered. Waitress disappeared FREQUENTLY for LENGTHS of time, though the facility is small and it's hard to not be able to see everyone there at all times. The wings are actually very good, so Cigar bar gets one star from me. Would not reccomend except maybe to rent for a party. Nice venue, horrible staff.

For this being my first time coming to a cigar bar my experience was absolutely PERFECT. Right from when I walked into the door the service was amazing my server Brya ,she made sure that me and my girls were well taken take of and also she was so sweet and kind making sure that we were okay. And let me not forget about the food it was out of this world that salmon sandwich is top tier cooked so perfect shout out to the chef I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Definitely coming back to see my girl brya and to get more drinks and food.
Very cool spot with a lot of potential. The ventilation needs to be addressed for the staff and customers. If you want customers to stay for a while and spend more money, I would suggest cleaner air throughout the establishment. Simply opening the tops of windows and strategic placement of air purifiers would be helpful. I suggested leaving the ceiling fans on, and/or opening some windows for circulation and to remove some of the smoke but was told it was too cold. You can fix the temperature situation a lot easier than finding a way to avoid inhaling plumes of smoke throughout the night.Otherwise good mix of people and ambiance. The customers seemed to mostly be a mature clientele. The staff seemed to be friendly and attentive. Parking and location is ideal.I’m hoping to return and see their evolution.
The environment is exactly what I was looking for. Nice music with the DJ at 9pm. Always a good smoke to find here. The waitresses are great and my bartender Z is the best. She will always my bartender here. Love it. ❤️
My wife and I went to CigarBar Gwinnett for the 1st time in Snellville last night. It’s a little small for amount of people they attract, however everyone very friendly. The service was pretty good too. Didn’t get a chance to try the food because I just came from dinner. Their DJ was very good playing 90s/2000s hits.
I visited yesterday with my husband. I am hoping that things get better as I want to come back and support the business!! Starting with the good! Our waiter was awesome!! She was attentive and very kind. A few things, the layout is weird and needs an update. Why pack the place with big tables? It would make sense to make the most of the space and the tables look dated. A big no-no for me is to have a list of things that we don't have. Never a good feeling. Also, the food in the to-go box is not a good look. We were told because of COVID. Yeah, not feeling it. The drinks were ok. Mixes aren't the best. Also, the band didn't fit literally. The DJ is enough. I don't get the point of packing the band in an already tight spot. Anyhow, we will try again in a few months!
I waited over an hour for my food. It was luke warm and I was told if I wanted hot sauce, I needed to request upon placing my order. We need to do better!
