My husband and I been coming to this place. It’s not perfect by all means! However….The dinner roll is always fresh and delicious!!! My chicken was tasty, juicy and tender! My husband ordered medium well sirloin but it was dry and chewy! The server, Marvyn, was the best! He was attentive and made sure that we had what we needed.
Just so you know. There is no option on the size of the house salad! According to the staff member I talked to,there is a side salad and a dinner salad size of house salad, but there is no way to choose which one on the app! I got a very small side salad, when I thought it was the large salad! Fix the app please!!

Farrah, was our server. A wonder employee ... who made our experience ... fantastic. Very professional and made us feel at home. We recently relocated from Virginia and, we normally don't receive, the quality of service and the level of expectation, with our first visit to places. BUT, I have to tell you/everyone, that the food was Amazing! From the rolls, to the cactus blossom, to the Caesar salad, to the grilled shrimp, to the prime rib and loaded baked potato/mashed potatoes. The green beans ... (not the green beans that you normally get from other places...that taste undercooked and like grass) these were seasoned and prepared to perfection, and the raspberry tea to wash it all down. So, if you are ever in the Snellville, GA. area ... please, go and dine-in and have the pleasure of experiencing a great and satisfying time.
My friend and I traveled 25 minutes to this location. Upon entering, the atmosphere was uninviting and I wish we would've left then and there! There was a 30 minute wait. We thought the wait was well worth it being that we'd receive their incredible fresh bread with cinnamon butter shortly after being seated!!! We were first directed to seating at the front of the restaurant away from the dining area and directly beside the front doors. We asked to be moved and our host apologized and quickly sat us at one of many open tables. Just before being seated we were told that they had run out of bread!! After deliberating we decided to stay because we were very hungry. Our waitress asked if we wanted appetizers and we attempted to order tato skins and we were told that, they too were out! We then decided on Rattle snake bites. When they came out, they were cold to the touch and the waitress agreed once she took them back. At this point there was clearly a pattern and we asked what dinner items were 86'd/out of and we were told8 oz salmon, porter house, burgers, and pulled pork. We then decided to leave and were not charged for the bites.I totally understand running out of items due to logistical or supply issues due to Covid or the lack of employees, but what I cannot excuse is the lack of communication and professionalism by management and staff. When we were entered the establishment there where 3 hosts at the host stand, none of which alerted us to half of the menu being unavailable. We came across a rude manager several times who had the opportunity to lighten our experience but chose not to. I can respect honesty and adequate customer service over rudeness and manipulation any day!
Absolutely loved it!! We came in on Saturday and Shawn assisted us with putting our name on the wait list. The wait was pretty long and he made sure that we were comfortable while we waited. Once it was our turn to get seated he directed us where to go with a smiling face. We knew from that point on that the rest of our visit was going to be amazing! We were not let down, for our food was as outstanding as expected. Cant wait to eat here again.
Ordered to go. Missing the sauce for the filet medallions that ended up being so fatty and chewy they were inedible. Gave to our dogs. Missing honey butter for bread and a ranch. Missing bacon bits toppings for potato that costs an extra $1. I don’t think we‘ll ever go here again.
Farrah, was a GREAT hostess-waitresses, although the food was not as hot as expected, food was Luke warm at Best...The Manager had to reorder the entire table... but, Farrah remained attentive throughout. We received our food as expect.. Hot and Fresh... we all enjoyed our meal... we will return...and be on the lookout for Farrah...#Great #Service
First time here & I love it! My boyfriend ordered the T-bone steak with broccoli & loaded mashed potatoes and he left the plates clean!Our server Shannon was super nice & welcoming, I appreciate her service a lot!We will definitely be back for more!Con: the floors were super dirty and I almost slipped in a napkin ?
Server was nice, but having to wait 30+ minutes at lunch is crazy. There were plenty of tables available, but I guess due to the current lack of people wanting/needing to work, that's the way it is. My wife loved her steak, and my country fried chicken was a good portion, but the country gravy was a little too sweet for me.
