We were standing inside this location for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledge that we were there, then five or six minutes later we had to literally raise our voices to get their attention to make an order. They have three employees working the store. And we've seen people come behind us that had waited 10 to 15 minutes just for drinks that they ordered on the kiosk inside the store. At the rate of the store's going it probably won't be here long. And just hit this moment you can see one of the girls working here eating her food on the same bar where they prepare your food. And also the tables were nasty
honestly there was not really anything exceptional about this location however, being that seemingly we as a people have lowered our standards tremendously this place actually deserved all these stars. it was orderly the people seem busy however, they were kind and for me that's pretty much the most important component. please plot in any errors as I am using my talk to text feature. If negative 10 was an option, I'd certainly select. Thanks for the poor drive thru service we received today, 6/6/22 shortly after 630 PM. Our order inuded the workers glove along with tacos tossed in the bag uncovered!!! #unacceptable.We ordered 7 crunchy tacos with shredded lettuce and cheese only and two chicken quesadillas. I was the customer who asked for sauce and the lady at the window responded, "they're already in the bag!" Wow! A waste of sauce packets when I only needed two for the quesadillas.
After receiving my order, I discovered the tacos did not have lettuce. I told the lady my order was incomplete. she stated them out of Lettice. I requested a refund and was told it wasn't possible because I ordered through the kiosk. I asked how we can resolve the issue, the lady walked away left me standing at the counter. I stood there for about 20 minutes, waiting for someone to assist. No one did, so I left the store.
Employees are rude no customer service.Food always cold! Always out of stock of things. Can't fix because inside is always closed and sometimes don't notice until arriving home which isn't far. Tacos were soggy like why are tacos wet and soggy. Like this has happened so many times. Not fair when you ask us to be patient with you because of staff but serving food as such.
a regular at this place but now it’s just terrible. I don’t know if they switched managers or what but it went completely down hill. Tonight I ordered a nacho fry box that came with nacho fries, a taco, and 5 layer burrito. I got nacho and cheese and a burrito with just meat and cheese on it.
Got in line at 10:10. 3 cars ahead of us. We go to order abour 10 min later. Are told by the staff, you can order but not a lot….. okkkkkk…2 adults and kids. We asked to order a party pack of tacos (12). Were told that Wasn’t a small order but they wouldn’t tell us a final number,Changed to 8 and asked for 2 bean burritos and were told “that kinda defeats the purpose of a small order”Mind you everything is working in the kitchen, and they have all the ingredients but just didn’t want to make it. Lol. 28 min later we have our 8 tacos to go around ?
Went this evening to get some food. I was worried after my last experience where they were missing ingredients and I read the recent negative experiences on here. I felt bad for the workers as they were understaffed but I felt they handled it as best they could and my order was accurate and tasty.
Order cantinas crunchy chicken taco horrible service..chicken was burnt. Spoke with manager Kayla she stated that she prepared the food. I told her the food was burnt and cold. Manager kayla on day shift was rude had no care or regards to my issue. Actually asked me what the issue I stated again that the food was burnt and that I that like tohave descent and fresh food for my lunch. Kayla the manger put me on hold again then hung up called back she stated that she just talked with the general manager she put me on hold again then hung up. I called back repeatedly no answer.Pictures will be posted on Google!! Bad business for those who was interested in trying the new product and to add to that I paid with exact change 5.70 and the cashier did not give me a receipt..they probably pocketed that that just the vibe I got from the experience. People don't care and will give you anything but to admit that you are the manager and hang prepared this type of food I can see why the business is filling g .it start from the head and work it's way down.. all around horrible!!
Do not order from this taco bell. I ordered a crunch wrap and nachos and neither of them had any meet on them. The nachos were soggy and it took 45 minutes sitting in the drive through for the dasher to pick up my food.
