Everyday at about 8pm, you must have EXACT change, no cards accepted at this location.Young lady on the speaker won’t give her name or supervisor name. She said it’s against policy…I ordered what I wanted and she couldn’t tell me how much my order was, even though I needed exact change.Whom ever owns this franchise will be bankrupt soon.
Sat in drive thru at the speaker for 10mins. Was told 3x "one moment". There was atleast 10 cars behind me and NONE infront (to the window) before I left without having my order taken. Last time, they had NO CHICKEN. Its always a terrible experience. When going inside to order, the staff is usually laughing and having fun but not working at a customer service friendly rate. Employees getting off shift have their food made before customers. Ive seen this multiple times.
The staff is super friendly, and the food was Perfect! Everything was wonderful and made to spec. This location is fast becoming my favorite Taco Bell store. Great job, guys, and Thank You!!!
3 strikes and u are out. Very rarely do I eat fast food. So I guess this is indication that I should not. Everytime I go there something is missing or my food is just pain awful. No meat in my crunch wrap just lettuce. Other times the same. Hardly any substance in the tortillas no matter what I order. If u must have Taco Bell go to 78 smh
Just waited in drive thru for almost 30 min to receive an incorrect order. I order a party pack w/ crunchy SUPREME tacos and a #2 with SUPREME tacos and didn’t receive one supreme taco. It’s bad enough the wait is so long, but I understand due to employment shortages. But, with a wait time of 30 min in the drive thru, I would expect my order to be fresh and correct.
Went here late one night while sick and craving taco bell. After reading the reviews I was not expecting any spectacular service. My experience was far from these other reviews. They had everything I wanted and were very nice and personable with me. My order was correct and we even had a laugh when I thought they said antioxidant tea! Thanks for making my sickly run out a great one.
Went through drive-thru to get food and within seconds I'm being rushed to give my order or refused service because a male employee claims they are on a "time limit" and I needed to hurry up with my order. I could understand if I was sitting there for a while like more than 3 minutes but I was being rushed within less than a minute. If corporate only rates y'all by your speed then y'all will fail on how to actually treat customers.
Service much better than food.Like everything else, prices has soared.Food was a disappointment. Order was wrong. Asked for taco supreme got regular, little meat more lettuce, no tomatoes, very little sour cream.The Pepsi was great, love the clear cups too much ice.
They never have what’s offered on the menu. This is my 5th time visiting this Taco Bell to be greeted with “We only have Tacos”. Why can’t I get a Chalupa? The last time I just wanted some Nachos but nah, they only had burritos. It’s absolutely unacceptable to have a menu but never have anything in stock on the menu. I’m sure someone can look at statistics and figure out an algorithm for order frequency. I can help with an excel spreadsheet if needed.
Food was good, Dinning room was open but they will not take your order, it the kiosk or drive thru. A study shows that 90+% of kiosk tested have fecal mattering ?the screen. It seems like the employees don’t want people eating inside they just want to do drive-thru.
