Great food and impressive draft beer list. Nearly 100 taps! But seriously, I've tried nearly everything on the menu and it is all superb
My expectations for Summits Wayside just from the look of the storefront was low, but I was wrong. After seating ourselves we didn't have to wait long before a server got us our food. We started with the Nachos which were delicious and had fresh guacamole and jalapeños. Everyone ordered burgers and finished them so I assume they were great. I ordered the wings and they were great as well. They fried them hard a d made then extra wet just like I like them. They seem to have a decent selection of beer, but I didn't try any as we were on a family trip. I recommend this restaurant if you want some good wings and burgers because you will not be disappointed.
Good food, good service, incredible selection of beers. Fish n chips and fish tacos were better than a recent trip to a lakeside fish restaurant. If it weren't so loud would have been a solid 5 star.
Was recommended to dine here while visiting the area. The service was awesome and our server Jennifer was the best! My wife got the Nachos and had enough leftovers for another meal. I got the Cheesesteak with seasoned fries and both were seasoned well and full of flavor. They have a wide variety on their menu so there is a little something for everyone. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and the staff and locals will make you feel like you are one of them. I look forward to coming here again if I am ever in the area.
Friendliest staff around, amazing kitchen, and more drinks than I’ve seen before. Five stars only because I can’t rate them any higher on here.
Food never disappoints. Today we had a turkey burger and sweet potato fries. Never had them before. The fries was best I ever had anywhere. Definitely having them in the future

And the waitresses are so adorable so sweet like Southern bells. Love it. I was getting tipsy off one beer I need to know if that happens to yall!!
One of my local go to spots. Great staff, good drinks ?, and the food is bar food on the up and up. Definitely stop by if you live the area and haven't been or if you're visiting Stone Mountain. Always a great time at Summits Wayside Tavern!
SWT IN Cumming has the best customer service. The BEST Chicken Wings. The BEST monthly specials. We go often and we know the staff. We attend the monthly Beer University and study hard on those nights. Andy, the owner, is a wonderful host. Trivia on Friday night too. Start a passport when you visit. Every time you order beer they will enter it on the passport. You get a mug when you complete the trip. Have fun. Hope to see you there.
