Horrible! The thing with the blood clot nails and black dot on her head was so rude, stingy, a liar! She lied and said they don't take coupons because it was a buy 1 get 1. Once we decided we were going to leave because service was horrible and I knew she was lying about the coupon... the thing called us back and took the coupon. I would not recommend this place a that employee thing should be fired for customer service, attitude, and for lying.
If you're going to oder ANYTHING from this subway location i highly suggest you think otherwise. There is a SUPER RUDE lady on the phone who does not understand proper customer service. I ordered something and expected to get my sandwich, instead i got something completely different. Instead of in a nice way to just tell me it happens the best of, she rudely dismisses me. Then get this, she had the nerve to tell me "ITS NOT MY FAULT" On Google they have 3.7 rating now you I understand why.
I placed a mobile order to be picked up at 7:15pm. I walked in, the lady asked my name & said…it’s not ready yet, I have too many customers. Sit down & wait!If I could I would cancel my order. I will NEVER be back to this store. The lady (owner) is very rude & cannot multi task. But yet she wants to do it all herself. Very upsetting.

This subway only lets you get certain(cheap) sandwiches with a coupon even though the coupon doesn’t specify. What’s going on with these subways in snellville. Just go ahead and close down.
