Very good service!!! Definitely coming back. Local, tasty Buffett with an arcade for kids. Great and tasty unlimited pizza for a nice night with family. Employees are very helpful???
I’ve been going to this same Stevie B’s since I was 9years old. Never ever had a problem until yesterday… had my sons 3rd birthday there at 7pm, and the register employees were very nice and welcoming. However, everything after that…. -.-“There was hardly any pizza when we got there. Luckily there was 3 slices to get 1 for me my wife and son, but all of our other family members were SOL for 22mins. Tried to go get pasta at least, but the noodles were super old and had this pasty white brine all around it. Once the new pizza hit the buffet counter, everything seemed to get better, only to start being intruded every 2-5mins by the waiter staff as to how long we’d be, asked 3 separate times to leave 3 different trash cans right by our tables to self waiter ourselves, asking for plates during HBD song, and during opening presents. To top it all off… 8:15… 8:20 rolls around, this male waiter walks up to our tables and says “ ummm okay so when are y’all leaving? We closed yo..” my wife and I replied “ uhhh sir your website says 9pm?” His reply “ do you honestly believe everything you see online? We’re closed…” we were so disgusted we just said F it and we packed everyone up….. as we’re walking towards the exit door, he’s sitting behind the buffet counter, starts beating his chest with one had saying “ Yeahh, I run this S*** get onn”Enjoy running that S*** because not a single one of our family members will be returning to this location. Best of luck to anyone who comes here between 5pm-9pm…..
There is a guy where you see him bossing his staff and then treating his customers rudely. He tells one guy to use the tissue on his tray but lets every one else after him not use the tissues on trays. Then see him purposely drop trays to catch someone attention. I think he rude and Childish. Food was Luke warm
Not bad buffet and salad bar and cheap eat the place is clean the service was great if in the area try this place for pizza and salad lots of games for the kids
My son loves this place but you must go when it will be busy if you want a fresh bar of food. If it's not busy when you get there, either pay the extra dollar for a fesh pizza to be made or eat the dried up from the heat lamp food. The games are enough to entertain the kiddos but really, you could get so much more for your buck at Dave N Busters at the mall.
Been a few years since I had stevie b's. I figured i should be quick and have a variety to choose from, but imagine if you will...You walk in to a pizza buffet and discover there is absolutely no pizza on the buffet line. Thats right not a single slice of pizza and half a dozen people standing around waiting. If you have to wait for a pizza to cook there are plenty of other places with better pizza. Which is what we did.
Two of my daughters and I visited this location this past Thursday. Since the start of covid it's been hard to find a restaurant to eat at where the customer service has been great.. on this particular day I must say that the pizza was very fresh and was being replaced each time quickly and the place was clean. The clean up crew were cleaning tables right away as guest left. The restrooms were very clean and most of all the crew was friendly and inviting! We will definitely be be back!
As soon as I walked in Maurice greeted us with such an energy I was compelled to give a huge tip. The staff came around and asked was everything okay, the pizza was good, and drinks were cold. As I was sitting, Maurice came up and asked was everything still okay. We had a short conversation and we learned something about each other. He really makes this location vibe. I will be back just to eat and chat with him. A nice guy full of knowledge.
The place was nice and huge. My only issue I had was the workers, they were acting as if the customers were just in their way all the time. I mean it is a place of business, so there will be people everywhere.
My first time went there for lunch and I've never seen the place that this spotless and staff was very friendly and good people there and their food was nice and hot so I'll probably come back ???
