thanks for handing me my drink with the lid off. the second i took it in my hand it spilt all over my leg and all over my car. pants are ruined. make sure the gd lid is on before you hand someone a hot drink.
Busy always! Great staff! Parking lot is tight. They take mobile orders, so it’s best to order ahead and run inside to grab it or wait 15 mins in the drive thru.
Absolutely ridiculous. Waited 20 minutes in line without even moving! I could tell the woman taking and making orders was trying her best but this was awful. Definitely would not recommend coming here.
Ordered a Peppermint Mocha and Caramel brulee latte, with 3 Choco croissants and one pumpkin loaf.Both drinks tasted watery and very under sweetened, lack of flavor and just warm, not hot, luke warm. To top it off, we were missing a croissant, kids were not happy about that. I have given this and the target location many tries and unfortunately, Starbucks just seems to be failing here in snellville. I will no longer be coming here.

This location has its fair share of problems. The only time things run smoothly is if an employee named William is there or a couple of other employees are present. I’ve seen a constant dip in the quality. Coffee brewed very thin. Super watered down. Problem is the Starbucks across across the street is even worse! I guess we have bad luck with Scenic Hwy Starbucks locations!
This is probably the worst Starbucks I have been to in my life. They don't have even half the items that are listed there on there menu, and I had to spend 30 minutes waiting for 2 drinks. Never visiting this place again.
