This place use to give great service but not so much recently. I always make my orders online and recently when I go my order is incorrect…. I’m not so sure about what’s so hard to just read the ticket. I always sub regular milk for almond and I always get no whipped cream. They always put regular milk or give me whipped cream. It’s so annoying! I’ll go to web gin from here on !
Most of the time it's excellent, fast service and good quality and tasting items. Last time I went it was obvious the barista didn't want to be there and took her time getting 1 fast, cool drink packaged up. It was all ready to go an sitting on the counter, but I had to wait 5-7 minutes for her to get it packaged because she wouldn't let me just take my drink :(
I just LOVE Reggie! Thank you Manager Meagan for hiring him. I look for him because he makes my visit fun and personable! If you Snellville Starbuck lover’s go ask just to talk to Reggie and tell him Kris sent you! Let’s not disappoint him or his manager bc he went out of his for me a few weeks ago! ??
My espresso are so sweet today I put only 3 pump of classic syrup they add like 8 pump on here. It happened a lot of time too. And of course they can not tell because there are no number on the label.
Why would you give me something that looked like that. If I pay way more than something is worth I want it to be right. This is a prime example of why I don't like this particular location. There's nothing trivial wasting people's time and money.
Simply over this location. They get simple drinks wrong. Will fill your iced drink with ice, and act as if your the problem. I go to other Starbucks outside of this area to avoid this location.They are always out of something. Bla
Oh snap!!! My regular Starbucks in Loganville closed down so I have been visiting the Snellville one. I HATE the line BUT the barista was awesome. Made the wait enjoyably tolerable. He acknowledged the wait and thanked me for my loyalty. Even upsold me breakfast sandwiches and glad he did. Thanks Snellville Starbucks.
Too long of a wait time! I’ve been coming here for years but as the drive thru wait time got worse and worse I rerouted my morning drive to Dunkin Donuts. Yesterday, I was near Starbucks and decided to swing in, since it’s been months since I’ve been there. Waited from 2:45pm to 3:25pm (40 min!!) for a macchiato that was incorrectly made. The staff was inside goofing around, laughing loudly, playing around…. Zero care in the world for the customers waiting in the drive through. Pretty much decided I will not be going back to this location. I’ll stick to Dunkin Donuts where I can get in and out AND have my coffee made correctly.
It doesn't matter if it is snowing or 95° I absolutely have to have one of two of their iced coffees that I love. They take yummy to a new level.
My local Starbucks location I visit daily via the mobile app, only. That drive thru line is often wrapped around the building almost on a daily however with mobile order, I can park and walk in to grab my drinks without too much worry or delay.I walk into a Clean interior, and my drinks are often waiting for me, and hot too ?.The staff here is wonderful, truly. My drinks come out consistent, and just like it’s human to error, there are days where my drinks don’t come out as consistent, however that is far and few in-between. They are always willing to correct it.I’m in, and out, often with a smile on my face because I know my unique and customized order is made ready to sip!
