Worst customer service in the area. The girls working weekday afternoons have a terrible attitude and seem more interested in talking than paying attention to customers. Had to keep repeating myself for some tobacco because the cashier kept talking about her personal problems

I won't blame the speedway but it's store manager whoever so is responsible. No process aligned, specially a women behind the counter, may be she is Hispanic with glasses. Learn some manners and follow the protocols. I have been coming to this store from past 1 year. Looks like she is a new face and she is the rudest on the floor. One bad apple and destroy the whole basket. Please train people on customer service and follow the right protocols. Manners is very important in any business.

Coffee is in open canisters which I don't like especially with Covid. Most of the people didn't wear mask. The breakfast sandwich was not tasty. Not a fan of this place for a quick stop for breakfast.

The employees just seem to get meaner and more rude by the day. This place was great 3 years ago now I will not go if I can help it. Lazy rude employees!

This location has absolutely the worst service. They will summon you like an animal. This is unbelievable for a corporate store. And you wonder why chic fil a and quick trip are so successful. This location needs customer service and interaction training.

My husband left his wallet there at the register and they kept it for him until the next day. Everything is still there. Thank you so so much.

This location has THE WORST customer service I have ever seen. Every single time I come in, all the clerks are very short, not friendly, and will stand there talking instead of helping customers in a long line. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I shop here only because they have the lowest price on my brand of cigarettes. However, always look at your receipt or better yet, know in advance what the total should be. I have been overcharged several times. I pointed out they owere charging more than what the 3 x 2 ft sign reads the price is. My words fell on deaf ears. I also think they could use some basic customer service training as they are usually close to being rude. They often are are busy chatting on the phone or with another employee.j
