Went to get 8 piece chicken only and a separate 2 piece with Mac &cheese. The girl was giving me the 2 piece but they forgot to make the 8 piece. Also almost forgot to give me the apple pie I also ordered. When I got home and ready for dinner, there wS only 5 pieces and one I do not know what that is. I tried calling and no one answered the phone.
From the uncooked chicken to the ghetto works, this place is trash. I gave this place 3 chances and each time it was a problem with the workers and twice with the food. For the grown (30-50 years old) people who work in fast food, us customers didn’t choose your job, you did!! You should’ve did better and left the fast food jobs for teenagers. I don’t know if they need new managers or what but a change needs to happen at this location. I never seen so many miserable people working in one place in my life. Do better people!!!
Just got the oldest, nastiest chicken strips I’ve ever gotten from any restaurant ever. They are overcooked, very hard and they taste and smell like old grease. Not edible at all. Plus, the fries, though edible, were cold. These sorry mfs won’t even answer the phone. P*ss poor customer service like you get a basically all Popeye’s. Also wasn’t given a receipt.
I arrived at this location at 10:15pm and no one came to the drive thru window to take an order despite several employees walking around and the sign on the window saying they close at 12 am. I understand life happens and they could have closed early due to unforeseen circumstances but they could still be decent and say they’re closed or put a sign up. This has happened several times at this location, poor service.
I want to take the time out to say a big thank you to the staff at Popeyes, fo taking care of my order. Excellent customer service, and friendly staff. The manager and the crew were great. I drove from stone mountain to come here I highly recommend this restaurant. Keep up the great work and excellent service
I just came back from Popeyes in Snellviille. I waited in line for 40 minutes for food. The chicken nuggets were horrible ,no flavor,not salted and no chicken flavor. Just hard fried dough and no chicken. Won't be back here.
Was made to wait 45 minutes in drive thru for service. When making an attempt to go inside, the ride manager with the blond hair, with an unprofessional demeanor advises that they are only doing drive thru, the lobby is closed. What’s the delay in your drive thru, what’s taking so long? “We are short staffed and only have 3 people here working today”? Never returning! And the front window glass appears to be shattered as if someone recently vandalized or broke in.
Order 5 spicy chicken tenders , beans and rice and fries at 6:30 pm 2/26 was in drive thru line from 5:45 paid 12.50 and give tip of 3 change to girl on window told her to make sure give me Buffalo sauce.. came home open box and below surprise …only side item tried to call 10 times no one answer phone and don’t want to drive again 10-15 miles …this type of service need to report & change ppl in this franchise that don’t pay attention .
Every time I try to patronize thus establishment there is always something. Today the drive thru was down but the headsets worked. They didn't have chicken and I was notified that it was going to be a 12 to 15 minute wait. I was fine with that but then they really didn't have any sides. It is always something and how are you going to run out of chicken
This has to be the worst Popeyes ever . Every time I been there the wait is at least 30 minutes. When you finally get the food is like whatever they could stuff in the bag . No where near what you order . The last time I went I notice a employee smoking inside the store . That was it for me .
