This is the worst Pizza Hut in the southeast region of the United States. The only way you will get your pizza at the time you expect it, is to place your order 6 hours before you actually need it. And even THEN it might be late. Even going to the store to pick it up is a nightmare. There is always a wait. Always. What is the point of telling us to come pick up our order at a specific time- IF YOU ARENT GOING TO HAVE MY ORDER READY AT THAT SPECIFIC TIME?? And c'mon, it takes more than 2 people to run a store on a Friday and Saturday night! And if you're going to make us wait 25 minutes in a drive thru line, shouldn't you AT LEAST make sure the order is CORRECT and HOT?? I swear on everything holy I will never give my money to this particular location ever again. 0 out of 10.
My 3 stars are for the wait time to pickup an online order. My last two visits have been extremely disappointing.I order online to speed the pick up experience however the previous visit my food was not ready after ordering 45 min in advance prompting a 30 min wait for a personal pan!My visit on 4/29 wasn't as long but 30 min to pick up another personal panI'm going to the other Snellville location..... I just cant!!!!
Good pizza fresh and ready on time for carryout.
Online order of two $12.99 pizzas for delivery. One with bacon, chicken and bbq sauce. After waiting 60 minutes, the pizza delivered had chicken, no bacon with onions and peppers. Had to be given a credit since store is and I quote: “too busy for a redelivery.” Won’t order again.
Food was cold, and my husband ordered a pepperoni pizza w extra pepperoni and it barely had pepperoni on it. The girl at the window was very nice.
I pulled up to the drive thru window and waited almost 5 minutes until someone came to it. He took a little bit to get my order together and did not tell me why there is a hold up in doing so. I was handed my order and got no thank you nor did he tell me I was done and good to go. Communication skills are lacking at this location.
The pizza arrived hot and without a really long delivery time. It also looked very well put together. And the delivery person was pleasent also.
The pizza was cooked to perfection. I order at this location frequently because they are consistently good.
Worst experience ever! Ordered pizza for delivery at 6:40 p.m.and was quoted 30-40 min. delivery. Called at 7:25 p.m. as the tracker showed it was still not out for delivery yet. I was told they were behind but I'd have my pizza by 8 p.m. Called again at 8:10 p.m. as the tracker still didn't show it out for delivery. I was told that my pizza had been ready since 7:30 p.m. and I could come pick it up. I asked if they would refund the delivery fee and tip that we paid. she said yes she'd do it right then. My husband headed to get our pizza that had been sitting for over 45 minutes. When he arrived at 8:20 p.m. he was told that it was out for delivery! He came back home arriving back at 8:30 p.m..... it is now 8:50 p.m. and our pizza still has NOT been delivered! Never again!
The young lady was very helpful in placing my order both on line and by phone in order for me to get my rewards credit. Thank you very much.
