The edge pizza is HORRIBLE. Might as well just have delivered the box with a side of marinara. I’m sure the taste and texture are very similar.
Staff at this location do not know what they're doing. I've been to this location twice and both times have been a terrible. I order for carryout and can physically see my order since there's only 1 with a Cinnabon box. Both times I walk in, they tell me they can't find my order, run around for 15 minutes looking for my order and the orders of half a dozen other ppl just to give me the same order I've been staring at for now 20 minutes. Don't even try contactless pickup.
IfOnce again, I went against my better judgement and ordered from this location in Snellville. Everytime I do, it's a disaster. This time you put meat on both pizzas I ordered. The pizzas were supposed to be 2 large Tastemaster pizzas for $10 a piece. What I received were 2 medium pizzas. There should've only been 1 medium. My free one I used 200 pizza points on.
This is my favorite pizza place!! hands down. I do wish they could make the pizzas like they use too in the late 80's and 90's.. seems like the pizza crust is thinner.. the crust use to be thick.. The staff was good here and good customer service. I'll go back and do business again!
The guy told me it would be 20 minutes for our pizza, but we sat there for 40 minutes. I can understand if they were busy, but we counted only three people walking in to pick up during our extended wait time. The spicy pizza was good, though.
@Pizza Hut, you have declined in food & customer service over the years! Got the dinner box last night and it was trash! Pizza was so overdone that the pepperonis were to a crisp. Breadsticks were DRY and left in the oven for too long that they weren’t even cheesy. Boneless wings just looked like they were quickly tossed in bbq sauce. I walked inside the store and NO ONE was at rue front for almost 10 minutes. Driver came in and said the person was in the bathroom. I mean how ridiculous! Never coming again!
This was by far the worse pizza I’ve ever had. It’s simply just reading what the customer ask for and is paying for. But they chose to do whatever they want. I blame the management for not doing any QC. I didn’t even call to get my money back but it’s the last $35 or red cent they will see from my pockets. If it was that bad in the beginning I can only imagine what they would have given me the second time around. You would think I order 1/2 and 1/2 pizzas. There is no consistency on either pizza. The beef pizza has almost nothing but bread on half and the white chicken has sauce on 3 slices. ???? I’m laughing because with instructions on how to make them, you still manage to get it wrong.PIZZA SHOULD NOT LOOK OR TASTE THIS BAD!
We ordered 2 med thin crust and it was hard. This was my second bad experience. Last time they messed up my pizza and I had to wait 10 minutes to get another pizza.
Ordered pizza at 5pm for 7pm delivery. It is now 7:40pm and the app says the pizza has been out for delivery for 45 minutes. Called store and was told they show pizza delivered. Lawana, the store manager, had an attitude when asked if she could reach out to the driver to see where they were. She was condescending, rude, and uncaring if we were served or not. Lawana could not have cared less. I would not have her as a manager, representing my company. Poor customer service which starts at the top and filters down to the staff. The customers suffer.
The pizza and delivery were good as usual. The Cinnabon was very disappointing. It was mostly hard and completely stuck to the bottom of the pan. I had to pry the buns out of the pan. It was also very overpriced for the quality of the product I received. Please consider bringing back the higher quality desserts you used to sell.
