The food was okay but the place was filthy. As shown in the picture the whole floor looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in forever. Nobody was sitting around there and employs still hadn’t cleaned the floor. Made me feel like my food was dirty. Unpleasant environment
Panera is definitely hit or miss. The food was fine. The restrooms were gross, though. The sink and urinal in the men's restroom both had dust on them like they haven't been cleaned for months. Not sure how the women's restroom was.
New to the area and first time visit here for dining in. My pizza tasted good and decided to try one of the new caffeinated lemonades. I’ll definitely stick to my refreshers. All 3 flavors tasted poorly and not worth the price. Obviously too concentrated and too much sugar. I’m used to Panera dining area being a lot cleaner . It took me a while to find a clean table and area and that was next to the trash bins. That made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen area. I thought maybe they were short staff but that wasn’t the issue. Maybe just poor training. During my my 30 minutes there I saw them collect the dishes once but never wiped a table, straighten chairs or attempt to clean the floor. While the food was tasty I won’t be dining in here again and will look at other locations to order from.
I love this place you’ll always have the choice of eating healthy with a touch of not so “healthy “ but so delicious and yummy bakery goods!!! I love their soups especially the Thai soup or the Tomato one and for the sweet tooth I recommend the chocolate croissant!!!
Food was flavorful. I tried the teriyaki chicken & broccoli bowl along with a cucumber tomato salad. I will definitely be back for the same dish.
Food was very much okay, as compared to other Panera Bread. Bread was hard, came with biscuits they ran out of it, still didn’t not care to substitute something for it. It was fine. Won’t say it was bad.
The last few times I have eaten here we ordered the Full salad and they only fill the bowl half way up at most. This is ridiculous $10 bucks for a salad bowl not even half full. Your better of getting the half salad you'll probably get more. Will not be back.
The soup and sandwiches are great.
Amazing food, Amazing customer service. There is a lot of new people but you also gotta think about it this way. All these Karen’s writing about how customer service is bad because the are taking their time, is wrong! They are new! They are training. Let them take their time. Would you like to be rushed? Didn’t think so. Sit down and enjoy the food?
The clear drink machines had mildew in them, which indicates that it has been a while since they were thoroughly/properly cleaned. Some of them were also empty, which prompted one customer to ask the young lady behind the cash register to fill her cup with lemonade. Their lack of cleanliness is unacceptable.
