Showed up one hour before closing on a Friday night with a line throughout the building. Customers there that had been waiting 15 mins or more and others that ordered online while waiting in line because it was taking so long, yet they would wait until they ran out of an item completely before they would make more of it, then quote an additional 10 min wait time if the item they wanted had to be made. Why not just make more as the dish before it starts to run low so as not to overcrowd the restaurant with hungry, irritated guests? (especially when you have that much time left before closing) Maybe the mentality is "if they have to wait, they'll leave and we won't have to work". Horrible work ethic but hey, if that's how you choose to run the store then your 3.9 gives you too much credit and must just be based on the taste of the food alone.
They frequently run out of Teriyaki Chicken. The lines in the evening and weekends can be long and busy in there. If you are picking up a order from there it is quick in and out. If you're just walking in to get something to eat it be aware of being there at the busiest times. Everyone there is professional and friendly. They would get 4 stars if they didn't run out of Teriyaki Chicken so often.
Go here every day. I go to a lot of Panda because it’s one of the few places you can get a full meal under 500 calories and 0 carbs.Great staff, even when the customers are rude. If you’re going to dine out, clean up after yourself.
They close at 10pm yet have attitudes when you come in at 9pm. So much so to the point where one of the cooks said “these people act like they don’t have dinner at home”. After that he proceeded to swing the door open for his 10min break he was throwing a fit over. Maybe quit if you don’t want to be there… Such a lazy and disrespectful kid.
The three stars are for Donna, hey we need good people with a strong work ethic, a rarity these days. This lady is to be commended. She does her job very well indeed. I thank her.
They full of it the meal with 3 and a veggie for 9.00 they put the 3rd in a container and the veggies take up the bigger container. Food was good but hate to be hustled
ABSOLUTELY HORRRIBLE…Get rid of the young folks and get ppl who actually speak and have better customer service.They are all LAZY and RUDE.Just pathetic!!!!!
Had an amazing experience with the Beyond Chicken... I'd come more frequently if they keep this on the menu!
They were out of most of the entrees..but they offered to cook whatever I wanted.It was late too...so overall it was good.
Food was by far not good.The rice was not cooked enough the walnut shrimp was soggy and not done well. Funny I had to pay extra for each serving cause I got the 3 entree plate. The orange chicken was way to spicy and didn’t seem to be cooked well. The teriyaki chicken was so fatty and hard to chew with all the fat. The noodles were over done and soggy. Guess I will have to go and spend my 30 dollars some other place. Better yet I think I just skip Panda Express from now on. Gross gross gross
