Moe's is the place to go for some fresh noms and tasty treats that'll be treating you with fresh ingredients and friendly staff making amazing food.For the price point we found it to be one of our fav stops for a quick bite.
I am not someone who writes bad reviews for fun but I just felt that my experience today compelled me to do so and will probably be the last visit ill ever make here.. I ordered a stack with rice beans and chicken. And as I was eating my stack something caught my eye.. I picked it up and it looked like a roach leg.. I left speechless.. I would not recommend bringing anyone here anytime soon.
While sitting eating our food. I notice the young man cashing out a customer. Once he was done, he walked back to the assembly line and started handling food, using the same gloves he had on his hands while handling the money. I clearly seen the box of gloves on the counter, he walked pass it started putting his hands in the food containers preparing food. ? nasty...that is a big No,
The worst place to eat. The cashier is very rude, dishonest, and prepares food after ringing cash register without changing gloves…..The website say kids eat free on Sundays. The chair charged us full price for the kids meal although we bought 2 adults meal. When we ask why the website says kids eat free on Sunday’s but we are charged for kid’s meal? She made a study saying only if adults buy large drink with their meal which the ad does not say nor she told us at first. She then said we have our own store policy and we don’t follow the corporate policy or add. We know the other Moe’s we go to does indeed offer kids eat free meal. We also saw the cashier preparing food after she rung the cash register without changing gloves.
The workers who worked on 2/27/22. They didn't greet me or ask if I needed to place an order, so I went next door to Jimmy johns instead. I'm not sure if they were tired or not.

The service was good and fast but this location is understaffed. The salsa bar was sloppy and nearly empty. The chicken that I ordered was so salty that it was actually inedible. The line was missing many items that were not getting cooked since they were getting close to leaving. Moes as a whole from snellville to Covington have been very dirty lately and i wouldn't recommend.
Loved it! The staff was very helpful and courteous. The burrito was delicious and the lobby was clean.
Bad service they over charge never got charged for rice at Lowe’s the people at that store today needs another job the service is the worst
