Food was fine. Not great, not terrible. Employees were nice. But their supervisor, yikes. Props to them for not all walking out. All you could hear in the dining room was their supervisor shouting at all of them the entire time. Wildly unpleasant from a customer perspective, I can’t imagine how it had to feel for them. Human beings working a job don’t deserve to be talked down to, condescended, and yelled at, especially as openly as it was happening. Super disappointed to see that.

Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I used to work at one as well when I was younger. We were trained to be fast and always have food ready, even during the busiest hours. Not making people wait 15 minutes or more. Unless it's a special order. Also, most of my fries were tiny pieces, not long shoestring fries like they're supposed to be.

If I had a negative sign..it would be in front of that star. I stopped to get grands happy meals before errand and boy, I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER.The fries were old and felt and tasted like they had been tossed back in the oil..yuk..the nuggets actually looked and felt like they were from the first batch this morning. I took it right back..Manager was so non - chalant..so sad.

If Zero was choice then I would have.Attended drive thru at 7:49 and was informed not serving due to system shutdown.How bout knowledge of menu and prices so business continues?

Seth the night manager allowed all staff to play at the window register while ignoring customers trying to advised them that all orders were incorrect.They were giving out cold fries that had been sitting out for over an hour. The guy at the widow Sidel continued to stand there ignoring customers concerns and said he doesn’t care about incorrect orders.

The service was FAST even with a long drive through line. The workers were friendly and provided great customer service. First visit to this McDonald’s & I will definitely be going back!

One of the better and more reliable McDonald's locations. They get backed up fairly often, but can usually work through the line very quickly. Staff is usually very courteous.

The food is what you would expect. It tasted good. The problem is when I went in the dining room to order food, the service was terrible. Some of the workers never acknowledged I was there. Other workers said I needed to wait. So I waited about 10 minutes before someone took my order, then waited another 10 minutes before received my food. And all of this is with me being the only customer in the dining room. Centerville is notorious for having poor service, but this was ridiculous. I would think that McDonalds would close the dining room since they don't want to serve the inside customers and just focus on the drive thru. However, my assumption is that the ownership wants to keep it open, but the store management either intentionally or because of incompetence won't serve the customers inside in an acceptable time frame. Customers should probably use the drive thru.

This McDonald's seems to always have problems with discount codes and their curbside pickup through the mobile app. What is the problem with your system? You're the only one who has this problem. ?

I see people who eat from this McDonald's as superhuman; meaning they are with exceptional grace to tolerate mean and unprofessional people. This place is staffed with very disrespectful and extremely poor employees. I’ve eaten here severally with same experience and I’ve promised never to visit this location unless I’m really starving and it’s the only place left. I’ll choose to buy candy from the quiktrip next to it to buying their best meal????
