We went in to eat and ordered from the kiosk. It was visibly dirty and so were the numbered table tags. They still had the decorations up from St Patrick's Day. They were supposed to bring your food to you and they just yelled the ticket number out so you had to get it. I asked for my drink, he went back and forgot what he was doing so his boss got it for me and didn't put any ice in it. I felt out of place, it was like they wasn't going to even try to get a good customer service experience going with anyone. The restaurant wasn't clean and the temperature was muggy in there. Definitely needs a overhaul on management!
Great service from the most friendliest Mcdonalds employee I have ever met! She always work the drive thru on Sunday mornings when we eat there! I am always pleasantly surprised! We love the breakfast and we hope this young lady sticks around! She should be a trainer and the role model for EVERY employee at Mcdonalds!!
My McGriddles were burnt and were awful in tasting my OJ had a fly in it. This is the most revolting thing ever! Every time I give you guys a chance again something disgusting happens.
I thought the interior was really good design. The quarter pounder burger was good, just smaller than the burger King one I had last week. It had been since 2007 that I had a Macdonalds burger! Chicken nuggets were good, and I was glad to have gotten a meal here.
My order was wrong and the food was cold and Old tasting. The fries were disgusting. I tried to get a refund and they wouldn’t give me one. They said because I took a bite out of the burger (?). I wasn’t going to argue, my kids were hungry, and I didn’t want to cause a scene. so we just left and went to Cracker Barrel down the road. One of the employees was apologizing for the manager’s behavior. So I was down $20 and wasted food in the trash. I will never go back to that location. If I could give zero stars I would.
My daughter and I stop for breakfast here every morning. The staff at the windows knows who we are and our orders. I have never had an order get messed up. Erika and Shad are the best and it always makes our day to say hi to them. We have tried the same order at other McDonalds but don't taste as good. This one is always hot and made perfectly.
Just got done picking up my order. And my fries has hair in it. And I did not get my child's Happy meal apple juice. The only reason I gave you guys Stars your food is hot.
Waited in drive-thru forevvvvvver. A lot of staff working so not sure why drive thru so ridiculously slow. Soooo slowww. Fries cold

Rude employees, engaged with three different employees and each one offered horrible customer service. One acted as if I insulted her when asking for my drink she didn’t hive me in the drive thru. Received a nice eye roll when I politely asked. If I could give 0 stars it would be too generous.
