I wish it was possible to give 0 because one star is way more than they deserve. They are always slow no matter what time you go, the staff is rude and insulting, orders are consistently wrong and after waiting forever in the drive-thru, they tell you they're closed and it'll only be 9:00. They need a whole new staff starting with management. VERY rude and unprofessional and always looks like he has an attitude. Will be calling corporate.
The restaurant was very clean 1st and foremost but besides that the wait was extremely long even with placing a mobile order from my car... My order: 6 piece nugget{which tasted like yesterday), 1 cheeseburger, 3 drinks & a cookie tote{ which were stale as ever?so that wasn't the cause}... Definitely will check quality before pulling off next time??♀️
It seems I needed a reminder to why I don't come to this location anymore and I got it right away! Walked into the restaurant which was a ghost town inside. NOT ONE customer inside. Placed an order on the mobile app. 10 minutes passed. 20 minutes. 30 minutes. NOTHING! Employees walk by you and just stare at you, not a word. After 40 minutes, they decided "the system was working now" and they were going to start working on it. After 40 minutes of being the only customer in the restaurant and no service I decided to ask for a refund and walk out. NOPE! The careless manager said I had to get it from the app, even though there's no way to get a refund once the order has been paid. I walked out EMPTY-HANDED, my money STOLEN! I'm usually calm and composed so I didn't make a scene, but I was furious! If I wanted to get robbed I'll just give my money to the millions of scammers that dial my number every day. At least they act friendly when you're speaking to them. I expected better from a member of one of the largest corporations in the world.To management: I don't expect you to care about losing one customer, but keep this business attitude and it'll come back to hurt you. This isn't the first time I've had a similar issue at this location, and the other reviews speak for themselves. This location clearly has critical management and customer service issues. We ordered fries and a sprite. Twice a year, The Urge is built up so much that we cannot resist.They. Didn't. Salt. The. Fries.We pulled in to a QT and two salt packs saved the day. Y'all had one job...
Mangers are very rude, they are always out of something and there is always an issue with using reward points. If you have a few extra minutes go down to the one on scenic hwy. You will definitely get better service.
I ordered a chicken McMuffin, add cheese. I got a biscuit with an egg in it. ?♀️ I went back and gave them the receipt and said "this is what I ordered..... This is what you gave me". The girl just laughed. Handed me a bag, which I did see chicken. I again, finally got to work and it was a biscuit and a piece of freaking chicken. And they want $15/hour???? Absolutely NOT!!!! Do better.
Came here on a Wednesday night. The customer service was bad. The quarter pounder sandwich came out not done, the happy meal burger was ripped and a portion ended up falling on the floor. The manager was very young and inexperienced and the staff seemed also young and not engaged. I do not recommend stopping here and waiting for a better rated located to stop and eat.
This restaurant is the one I like best. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this place I keep coming back again and again. The team is very friendly and the food they cook is so yummy. I am always happy to have a nice dinner in this restaurant. Highly recommended.
Very slow drive thru at times. Sometimes up to 20 min. Last few runs fries were cold and Quarter Pounder was overcooked. Maybe not so much this location as it seems that most McDonalds you visit as of late are trending this way.
This is what they gave us soggy nasty nuggets and soggy fries. Had to go purchase at a different location never again returning to this McDonald’s! ?
